Let’s Do Business

Activity 1.1
We have our hobbies that I can surely turn into a business. My partner
wants to eat a lot of sweet desserts, delicacies or any sweet foods like
chocolates and such. While me, I’m passionate about doing a sweet
desserts that is really related for us in doing our business. The
opportunities present in my current environment is that we can put up a
business in any possible location any time if we are financially stable in
setting up a business. Also, we have the opportunity to have a business if
we are always ready to take the risks for the business that we’re going to
put up. When it comes to problems that is present in our current
environment that can be addressed by a particular product or service is that
we are in the middle of covid19 pandemic crisis. Even though the product
or service is suitable for the people of all ages, they won’t be able to taste it
if we have to follow all those safety health protocols specially to those
children who are still unvaccinated which is one of the greatest problem of
our current environment when it comes to business industry.

Activity 1.2
The potential business ventures that I could create is the Gulaman
Gelatin Dessert business. The customer needs that will this kind of
business answer is the opportunity to taste and embrace my product. Also,
if they are craving for sweets. I also thinks that the customer’s needs is
what I can offer more in the business venture that I’m going to put up. The
advantages of creating such a business is we can follow our passion and
can connect with our customers. It is also advantage for us because we
can gain profit if it be successful and can have our personal satisfaction
and growth. While, the threats of creating such a business is that we
always have to take risk in every decision that we’re going to make. Also, it
is not always about the success because we can also experience loss. I
have also learned about a competition in business that can be categorize
as either an advantages or threats. Our potential competitors will be all the
entrepreneur who’s doing the same thing and target the same kinds of
customers as what and who we are targeting and selling in our market area
and likely to do so. Also, if they decided to enter but either have the
infrastructure or have chosen to ignore our area. For us, the initial chances
of success for coming up with such kind of business will be 60% as we
have believe in ourselves and we work harder for that success to happen.
Also, we give that initial chances of success because we are expecting that
our business will be embrace by many people when they like the product
and we can offer more for them and communicate with each customers
fairly to be able to love the product by them. Through that, we can be
mindful if we have the desired goal and success in setting up our business.
