RUBRICS Organizing Google Drive

This rubric evaluates a student's ability to organize files in Google Drive. It assesses folders created with appropriate titles and color coding, files renamed with a consistent naming convention and moved into the correct folders, a sample file uploaded and linked to an exemplary project, a group project folder shared and added to each partner's Drive, and a group project document shared and commented on. The student scored full points by meeting all criteria such as properly structuring folders, renaming and sorting files, sharing documents and settings, and adding supplemental evidence of organization.
