ABSTRACT The goal of the project "CURFEW E-PASS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM" is to develop a system that can be utilized during curfew to efficiently manage people's passes during Covid-19. A computer's internal memory can store data and instructions in an electronic form that may be retrieved at any moment. It makes the task easier to complete and decreases the amount of documentation required. Lockdown is intended to prevent the spread of infection, and it entails not leaving the house unless absolutely essential. However, under unusual circumstances, people may need to go from one town to another, and this e-pass generating mechanism will aid in people's contact-less transportation. The electronic version of the paper gate pass is available. Keywords: E-Pass, Curfew, End-To-End Application, Lockdown. I. INTRODUCTION This project on the topic “Curfew E-Pass Generator”. Is a web-based technology that will maintain the records of passes issued by the government and admini stration during any curfew or lockdown. To guarantee that vital services continue to operate during the COVID-19 pandemic, valid passes must be obtai ned as quickly as feasible. This system for generating and managing e-passes during curfew and lockdown is a fully automated system that processes data at a breakneck pace and in a systematic manner. It also improves efficiency and effectiveness by minimizing the amount of physical labour required. The software is intended to deliver accurate and reliable data. The PHP-powered programming ensures that the agency receives clear and cost-effective services. This simple solution allows users to access and amend their information, as well as print at a low cost. The code is designed to provide data that is both reliable and error-free. This simple method allows users to view and amend their information, as well as print documents quickly. Because the database is powered by My SQL, it is portable. A Curfew Pass, also known as an E-Pass, is a document issued by an authorized authority such as the police or military that allows public officials or citizens to travel within or to and from an area where the authority has imposed a curfew. II. LITERATURE REVIEW "Gate-pass Management System" by Prof. Archana S. Banait, Ms Neha Buwa, Ms Varsha Jadhav, Ms Pooja Ganate, Ms Shubhangi Dagale [2] => This is a system specifically designed to provide an easy method for the front desk officer to search the ongoing visit of the day. The system timely notifies them of the current visitor visiting their department. This system is faster and accurate and is especially helpful when the number of visitors to the office department increases at a particular point in time and it gets all messed up to manage them systematically. The system also provides security against unauthorized visitor entries into the department. "Gate Management System by Face Recognition using Smart Phone" by Kwon, Ki-Hyeon; Lee Hyung-Bong [8] => This system uses the concept of face recognition in a smartphone to implement gate implementation. The system has been designed after a detailed study of various algorithms for the same. The first step of face recognition, i.e., face detection uses algorithms like colour segmentation, template matching and algorithms like Eigen & Fisher face for face recognition which is the second step. The algorithms have been first generalized in MATLAB and then later implemented on the Android phone. While implementing the algorithms, proper estimations of accuracy and computational complexity of the algorithms have been kept in mind because the implementation of the system is done on a smartphone with limited hardware capabilities. "Visitor Gate Pass Management System" by Prof. Ashwini Bhugul, Harish Rapartiwar, Omkar Sonakul, Pushpanjali Shivratri [3] => Visitor gate-pass management system is a partial replica of a traditional visitor management system that has been designed to replace the old methods of visitor registration and their information management activities in

This system will enable the expedition of the visitor registration process, determine who is still inside of the premises after meeting and notify the system. This system solves the problem of appointments and also captures all the relevant information about the visitors; recording the information in a centralized database server, that provides manages and manipulates data through searching for future purposes in the organization. "E-Pass Generation and Management System During Curfew" by Aditya Patel, Bhavika Gode, Faisal Maknojia [1] => The project entitled "E-Pass Generation and Management System During Curfew" mainly focuses on the use of computer technology with the belief that computers promise unmatched speed and accuracy in the processes of producing results. The project is a software package that can be used during curfews and lockdown to manage the movement of people, hassle free. "E-Gate pass System" by Chaitanya Lengure, Laxmikant Kakde, Mamta Bargat, Saachi Jambhulkar, Prof. Ashish Palandurkar, Prof. Hemant Wade [7] => The system is designed with a pure software touch; being portable and equipped with easy installation processes, it can be used in any department to avoid entry of unauthorized and proxy people. The system is intended to reduce the time, effort and resources for both the parties involved in the process. III. METHODOLOGY In these pandemic situations, the Lockdown e-Pass Management System with PHP and MySQL is useful. This website allows you to create an e-pass in case of an emergency or if you need to travel outside. During a curfew or lockdown, any country's authority can use this website. Admin: This system's super user is the admin, who can log in with their user ID and password. They can also change their password, update their profile, and retrieve their password. The admin has the access to the following five modules: ♦ Dashboard: A data dashboard is a data management tool that visually tracks, analyses, and displays key performance indicators (KPI), metrics, and critical data points to track the health of a company, department, or process. Through this module, the administrator has the ability to do the following five operations: ♦ Total category ♦ Total pass ♦ Pass created today ♦ Pass created yesterday ♦ Pass created in last seven days ♦ Category: This module contains all of the many types of categories into which users are classified according on why they need to create a curfew e-pass. The following are the two activities listed in this module: ♦ Add category : This action helps the admin to add new category of users for the generation of passes. ♦ Manage category: This action allows the admin to update categories of users. ♦ Passes: This module, too, has two actions enumerated within it to assist simple and systematic management: ♦ Add pass: This action helps the admin to add new users for the generation of passes. ♦ Manage pass: This action allows the admin to update passes and also to print the same. ♦ Search: This module aids the administrator in finding a certain pass by its unique pass number. The administrator can also utilise the searched pass to modify or delete it, as well as to see or print its report. ♦ Reports: The admin can use this module to generate pass reports between any two dates. The pass reports contain all of the facts of each pass that has been created to date. When necessary, the administrator can also edit or inspect the passes. IV. CONCLUSION Curfew E-Pass is a project that meets the needs of users for their work. This system has made an effort to create a solid foundation for projects and to explain how they relate to the region in which users desire to work. It includes a list of the project's goals and objectives, as well as the purpose, scope, and applicability, which is extremely useful for users to improve their work. It provides an understanding of the issue domain as well as a
