APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 1
SERIES OF 2021
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1, SERIES 2021
INVOLVING AN AMOUNT OF SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND FORTY-NINE AND TWENTY-SIX
HUNDREDTHS (P62,049.26) FOR REALIGNMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED IN THE REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED:
Section 1. The Supplemental Budget of Barangay Malonoy, Villareal, Samar for Fiscal Year 2021 in the
Total Amount of sixty-two thousand forty-nine and twenty-six hundredths (P62,049.26) for realignment
is hereby approved.
Section 2. Sources of Funds. The sources of funds for the Supplemental Budget in the total amount of
sixty-two thousand forty-nine and twenty-six hundredths (P62,049.26) shall be as follows:
To be realigned in Times of Public Calamity
5% Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund PPA’s:
Medicines readily available P15,000.00
Communication equipment acquired for pre-disaster preparation 23,000.00

providing information & warning to constituents 1,000.00
rescue & Evacuation of Victims 2,000.00
Providing first aid to victims and sanitation maintained 3,000.00
provision of basic commodities to victims like rice & canned goods 18,049.26
Total P62,049.26
Section 3. Use of Funds. The amount of sixty-two thousand forty-nine and twenty-six hundredths -
(P62,049.26) is hereby appropriated for the Supplemental Budget no. 1 of Barangay Malonoy as follow:
5% Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund: (70% Pre-Disaster)
Provision of food subsistence or relief goods to covid 19 affected
family or persons. P62,049.26

Total P62,049.26
Section 4. Reason for the Change. In order for the Local Government Unit of Malonoy to respond to the
current Covid 19 Pandemic, it is deemed necessary to realign the said funds to address the rising positive
cases in the locality, hence, a change of Programs, Project and Activity to reduce negative impacts, ensure
public safety and meet the basic subsistence of the people affected.
Section 5. Separability Clause. If, for any reason, any section or provision of this Ordinance is declared
invalid or unconstitutional, other sections or provisions hereof which are not affected thereby shall
continue to be in full force and effect.
Section 6. Effectivity. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED: July 7, 2021.
