A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN CHAIRPERSON AND SANGGUNIANG


KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY POBLACION TO OPEN CURRENT ACCOUNT AND TRANSACT
OFFICIAL BUSINESS WITH DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES – JARO, ILOILO BRANCH WITH
ACCOUNT NAME BARANGAY POBLACION, BANATE, ILOILO SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN FUND.

WHEREAS, Asheena Mae C. Ochoa is the elected barangay Sangguniang Kabataan


Chairperson and Caren D, Bachar is the appointed Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer of this
barangay;

WHEREAS, it has been mandated by the law that the Sangguniang Kabataan will have a
separate account from the barangay for the disbursement of SK Funds which will be solely
used for youth development and empowerment purposes;

WHEREAS, the new set of Sangguniang Kabataan Officers particularly the SK Chairperson
and SK Treasurer will now be authorized to open an account, sign checks, and other
documents for and in behalf of Barangay Poblacion, Banate, Iloilo Sangguniang Kabataan.

WHEREAS, the authorized signatories are SK Chairperson and SK Treasurer whose signatures
appears below:

SK TREASURER: MS. CAREN D. BACHAR Signature: ____________________

WHEREAS, upon the motion of SK Kagawad Jan Raph E. Lorete and duly seconded by SK
Kagawad Clyde Marl B. Juanico, this resolution is hereby approved.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be


furnished to Development Bank of the Philippines – Jaro, Iloilo Branch for present and future
reference.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copies of this resolution be furnished to the office of DILG, and other
offices as it may deem concerned.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the above resolution valid and existing until revoked or amended.

ADOPTED on this 7th day of August, 2022 at Barangay Poblacion, Banate, Iloilo.
