    Hi, my name is Nurul Syajaratul Aini binti Mohd Zin.

    I know I have a very long name,


    so you can call me either Nurul or Jaja for short. I turn 27 years old in October this
    year. I currently live in Malacca. I finished my master's degree two years ago when I
    did my master's in Applied Mathematics. I also have a diploma and a bachelor’s
    degree in Science Mathematics, which means that I am basically a Mathematician.
    The love of mathematics that I have develops my problem solving and analytical
    skills.

    I’m currently working at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Iskandar Shah, a


    secondary school, as a personal myStep teacher, for almost 2 months now. I teach
    Mathematics for form 2 and form 3. I have already been to 4 schools, including this
    one. The skills that I’ve learned as a teacher so far are communication skills. In order
    to be a good teacher, I need to have great communication, so that I can help
    students to understand what it is that I’m trying to teach and respond to well. My
    communication skills are constantly evolving. Second is presenting skills. Each
    teacher is a presenter in a sense. I have the knowledge and the information, then I’m
    presenting it to my students in an easy to digest manner.

    As I’ve thought about my next steps, I realized I wanted to transition into an


    executive role so that I can enhance all my skills that I gained during my studies. Even
    though I love mathematics, teaching or being a teacher is not my passion. The
    experience that I gained during my internship makes me realize how much I love
    working in an office. I can’t think of a better place to start than at a company that
    offers a junior office to begin my new journey.

    I’ve worked hard in my education and now I’m ready to apply my knowledge
    to practice. This position seems like a great opportunity to advance those skills I just
    talked about, and continue building my career and challenging myself. So I’m actively
    looking for a full-time position now.
