Operational Notes
o Clicking on the question mark (?) next to the control boxes will provide help.
o If a detector fails the PanelCert qualification, try mapping the detector again
with fewer pixels. A common mistake is to map more than 17 pixels in a 5 by 5
area. This is a violation of the specification and will cause a failure.
o The reports will specify the X and Y coordinate of any failure. By using PixFix
and typing the coordinates into the View/Goto menu selection, the defect can be
found quickly.
o Don’t keep any files in the c:\PanelCert\data directory. This directory is used as
a scratchpad and all files are erased each time the program is executed.
