ABSTRACT
Textile Management System is software for textile industries, which aimed to reducing the
workload in the textile industry. The Textile Monitoring System is designed to allow the industry
to keep track of all employee details, textile details, product details, banquet details and agent
details. It keeps tracks of active employees as well as employees who have left the textile
industry.

System includes Front Office work, Back Office work, Human Resource Management work, and
Accounts work. This will help authorized user to insert, delete, update or view the various
records related to employees, products and many more details. This makes the software flexible
to use.
Every department user has a User ID and Password. So they can login to their panel and they
will be able to update their work process, see their present status and report. This software will
provide the Admin a clear view of product current information for delivery the product in due
time to buyer.
INTRODUCTION
The textile industry has played an important role in world. In India, textile industry is comprised
of a mix of small to large scale privately and publicly owned companies. In our county, most of
the textile work orders are paper oriented or computerized. Though there are some organizations
which are using automated system, but the number is very small. When business automation
planning indicates the need for additional labor, organizations have a number of choices to make.
This may be the first step in a full-scale operation process, but sometimes hiring additional
employees is not the best method to obtain additional labor. It may be appropriate for an
organization to consider alternatives for full scale automation, such as developing and
implementing module wise, instate of developing a full system. A careful automation planning
must consider the overall growth prospects of the organization and accurate forecasting of future
needs.

Order Receiving
The details of all the orders received from other nations are recorded. Order Receiving module
contains dates like Order number ,Date of receiving the order, Date of delivery and The concern
name.
Sampling
The details of all the sample goods sent to the concern are recorded. Sampling module contain
data's such as Quality of the good, Tape measures, Box measures and Cover measures.
Purchase
The details about the purchase of the raw materials are recorded. The data’s used are Quantity,
Quality, Amount, Purchase date of the goods.
Processing
The details about the daily processing of the raw materials are recorded. The daily amount of
goods processed are used as data’s of this module.
Production
The details about the amount of production of goods are recorded, The Production Module
contains the data’s such as the amount of raw material usage, wastage of raw materials, goods
used in the sampling module.
Transportation
The details about the transportation of goods from the company to the warehouse and the
transportation of goods from the warehouse to the Harbor.
Shipment
The details about the shipment of goods to the Concern are recorded in this module. The data's
used are Cargo, Container number, Transporting details , Travelling distance and Date of
delivery of goods.
Bills
The details about the bills are recorded in this module. The bills are calculated according to all
other above modules.

The system which is followed at present is a manual and computerized system. Important
drawback of existing system is time factor. It will not help the management to solve the problem
in time.
Disadvantages
The drawbacks which are faced during existing system can be eradicated by using the proposed
system. The main objective of the existing system is to provide a Electronic user-friendly
interface. The system which is proposed now web based all the details that are maintained
through online. Once the details are fed into the application there is no need for various persons
to deal with separate sections. It is easy to maintain all the reports.
