    Time goes by so fast that I myself did not even noticed that my Journey in the Lunduyan sa

    Kahusayan Teacher’s Program has ended. This short yet meaningful and productive program thought and

    made me realized a lot of things. Everyday meeting there were new learning’s, new experience, and new

    thrill. In Course 1 Hyflex Teacher I had learned the importance of considering Global and local trends in

    the teaching and learning process. With Course 2 Hyflex Learners, I understand better the importance of

    Mutual understanding between the learner and the teacher with regards to the lesson and in giving

    learning experiences. Course 3 The Inclusive Classroom inspired me to improve further my classroom so

    that it will promote to the whole child development by ensuring the strictly abiding the Child Protection

    Policy. Moreover, Course 4 The 3R Curriculum have instilled in my mind that in delivering the

    curriculum we should remember that learners were diverse and evolving. We as teachers should learn to

    adjust and varies our modalities depending on the learners that we have. The importance of Feed backing

    had been emphasized in Course 5, The 360 Feedback Ecosystem. This course opened my eyes to widely

    consider every possibilities and instances that might have been affecting my performance as well as the

    learner’s performance. Furthermore, Course 6 The Teacher as a Catalyst made me realize that I should not

    stop on pushing my students to do more, that I as a teacher was the main agent in fuelling the fire who’s

    sleeping inside my learner. Lastly Course 7 The PERMA + Teacher, this course emphasized the

    importance of giving also priority my own wellness because it affects to the wellness of the learners. How

    can a teacher deliver properly the lesson when he/she was not fit physically, mentally and emotionally.

    Above all, I am proud to say that from a typical teacher I am now a BOLD teacher. B stands for Brave; I

    am brave enough to face whatever challenges in the New Normal Education. O stands for Optimistic; I

    want to spread the positivity to my students. I want to instil in their minds that there is always a brighter

    side to whatever negative encounter they are going to have. L stands for Learner- Centeredness; I will see

    to it that in every lesson and in every instruction that I will give to my students will be focussing on them

    their learning’s and their welfare. Lastly letter D stands for Devoted; I pledge to deliver quality education

    to my students. I will provide them the knowledge and learning experience they needed in the future.
