    MINUTES OF THE MEETING

    Minutes of the Homeroom PTA meeting held last August 19,2022 at exactly
    9:30 in the afternoon at Grade four classroom at Aguinaldo Elementary School.

     Knowing each other
     Election of HRPTA Officers for S.Y.2022-2023
     Pupils Behavior in attending face to face classes after the modular
    instruction.
     K to 12 Grading System
     Homeroom Donations
     Gulayan sa Timba Project
     Other matters

    The meeting started with a prayer led by Mrs. Jonalyn Oligo and Mrs. Aurielle
    Joy R. Semana acted as the presiding officer of the meeting.

    Whereas, Mrs. Aurielle Joy Semana asked the reaction of parents regarding the
    comeback of the face to face classes after the two years modular instruction
    due to Covid19 pandemic.She also discussed about the schedule of pupils in
    the 3 days face to face and two day modular instruction.

    Whereas, she also discussed the K to 12 grading system set by the DepEd to
    measure the ability of their children.

    Whereas, Mrs. Semana also discussed about the Gulayan sa Timba Project hich
    the parents approved to bring one timba with kalamansi seedlings each pupil.

    Whereas, Mrs. Semana proceeded with the election of the HRPTA Officers for
    the S.Y. 2022-2023.
    Whereas, Mr. Arnold Velasco was elected as President. He also discussed
    about the Homeroom Donation.
