Plant Equipment - Erection and Installation

Along with vast experience in the on-site installation and heavy lifting work in the area of
piping, Ducting, Boiler, Silo, Fuel Gas Treatment System, Fluidized bed reactor, Post combustion
chamber, oversized incinerator, Chiller, Drups Accumulator and Transformer. We’re confident
that we can deliver with the highest efficiency and quality.

Mechanical and Electrical Systems (M&E)

We are one of the very few companies that can provide under one roof all the mechanical &
electrical services needed for any Building and Data Center Projects, that is, Air-Conditioning
& Ventilation, Structured Cabling, Generators and Electrical installations.

Addition and Alteration (A&A) Works

As a BCA-registered electrical contractor and EMA-licensed electrical worker, we have the
capabilities and expertise to complete all A&A works from start to completion.

Process Plant Maintenance (Regular and Shutdown)

HVAC / Tenant Improvement

We have built a reputation as a mechanical contractor that can tackle the numerous
complexities of a significant construction project while staying on budget and on schedule.
We understand that time and flexibility are the key components of success to these fast pace
jobs. Our team is well versed and knows the importance of preserving the building’s design
intent and standards. We are a full service mechanical contractor, this means we have
the ability to complete all portions of the mechanical contract. This includes mechanical
equipment, ductwork, piping, and controls.

A&S specializes in supplying skilled labor to major construction companies in Singapore and the
region. We possess unlimited resources of various tradesmen such as welders, fitters, erectors,
scaffolders, painters, foremen, rigger/ signalmen, lifting supervisors, safety supervisors etc.
