A. Activity 1:
Dressing Up Mini Me
Procedure
1. Cut out the “Mini Me.”
2. Dress the doll based on your preferred curriculum exit (e.g., Kolehiyo – Teacher).
Include tools of profession or curriculum exits.
3. Determine the symbolic parts of the dress/tools (e.g., book, uniform)
4. In the symbolic parts, write down the skills and/or knowledge (e.g., communication skills,
interpersonal relations, logical reasoning ability, clerical-mechanical skills) needed for the
preferred curriculum exits.
5. In the symbolic tools, write down the possible job market demands (Public School
Teacher/SHS Teacher/ Private School Teacher/ Tutor/ Trainer/ etc.) and possible curriculum
exits.

As a person who has a lot of dreams, there are so many missions that I
need to accomplish. I need to complete my Senior High School journey.
After my curriculum exit, I will pursue to college and complete my degree
and field that I belong to. And then, look for a stable job in order for me to

Procedure:
1. Each learner shall be provided with a piece of paper;
2. Learners observe their two hands and choose which hands represent him/her the most. Is it the
right hand or the left hand?
3. On the bond paper, they trace the hand they chose;
4. Have learners draw symbols:
On the SMALL FINGER: Draw a symbol that represents your present track/strand/specialization
(Grade 12).
On the MIDDLE FINGER: draw a symbol that represents your career exit (Kolehiyo, Trabaho,
Negosyo and Skills and Development Center).
On the POINT FINGER: Draw a symbol that represents your future job.
On the THUMB: Draw a symbol of your contribution to the society in relation to your future job
(success-like story).
On the PALM AREA: Draw a symbol that represents your Career Motivational Goal;
B. ACTIVITY 2 - Version of Me 2.0 – Progression Sheet
Directions:
1. Learners will have a worksheet of the My Version 2.0 (feet).
2. On the left foot, learners will list things (traits & values) about his/her old self that he/she needs to
change to get ready for the chosen career.
3. On the middle between the left and right feet, the learner will write his/her motivational mantra to
move on. Ex. “Go! Fight! Win!”
4. On the right, learners will list new traits and values to accept, embrace, and improve to get ready
for the chosen career.

My Career Philosophy
I have set out on a path in food industry knowing I can be successful in this goal.
I believe that to succeed in being a good chef you must have/possess creativity,
commitment, intuition, leadership and mentorship.

Write a Letter to Your Future Self
Procedure: After setting a clear path of career progression through their Lifelong Learning
Plan, the learners will write a letter about their future self, five years from now. Instruct
the students to consider the following questions in writing their letters. They can use their
mother tongue language to feel more comfortable in expressing themselves:
