We are here to understand our worth and purpose through examining our lives and deciding what we want to accomplish. While we have freedom to express ourselves, we sometimes focus only on physical pleasures and disregard our souls. It is important to balance our body, soul, and mind. Everyone develops their own life philosophy through their unique experiences. We begin to understand the world from our senses as children and develop knowledge through adolescence. It is important to apply what we learn rather than just knowing facts intellectually. Both words and actions are needed, as words provide intention and actions provide impact. To truly know oneself is to be free to be authentic and understand one's purpose and worth.

WHO ARE WE?

Living in this world, it's critical to understand your worth and purpose, we're just asking,
"What is my mission in life?" What is the purpose of anyone's life? Why are we here, what is
the meaning of life? Is the question we're continually asking. Remember what Socrates said
about an unexamined life not being worth living? Anyone who doesn't know what they want to
accomplish with their life or decides not to live an unexamined life will find their life to be
meaningless and miserable. Life is a series of choices; we've been given the opportunity to
choose what we want to accomplish with our lives. We have the ability to express our emotions,
sentiments, and even do things in this world, but we sometimes abuse that freedom by focusing
all of our attention on our physical bodies once we enter the material world, and disregarding
the value of our soul, which is extremely important. Always remember that our body is flawed
and transitory, but our soul is perfect and lasting, as Plato stated in his three components of
the soul. Balancing these three is important to limit our self from things that might bring
mishap. Everyone has their own life philosophy, which is based only on their experiences. Yes,
there are many individuals that have a similar perspective on life, but none of them are exactly
the same since we don't all have the same fate and path in life. Just because you're in a good
place in your life right now doesn't mean that everyone else is. I know we often hear this term,
but maybe you're in the midst of a waiting time or season, questioning why this life event is
occurring to you. But, as Rene Decartes remarked, if you question that you exist, it means that
you do exist in this world and that you have value.

We began to develop our knowledge when we were children by using our senses and
developing it when we were already in the middle of our adolescence. Before we existed in this
world, our minds were blank, with nothing existing. We had no ideas about the world or who we
really were. While we are flourishing, we began to sense pleasure and desire in life, as well as
pain and invasion, which became the conquered regions of our mind, which we refer to as the id,
ego, and superego, as Sigmund Freud most likely indicated. However, as you may be aware, it is
critical to put the facts and information you have gathered into practice, as simply knowing
them is considered empty intellectualism. While it is true that actions speak louder than words,
in my opinion, both are required. Words without action are meaningless, while action without
words is deceiving. The impact is carried by the action, while the intention is carried by the
words. The constancy is crucial. Say exactly what you mean and exactly what you mean. And for
my last insight is, to really know who you are is to be free to your authenticity, that you have a
purpose in this world, don’t doubt your worth or the beauty of your truth, just keep shinning,
like you do.
