    Procedures:

    1. Prepare the needed materials for LED Chaser.


    2. Insert 555 IC to the breadboard.
    3. Insert 4017 IC to the breadboard.
    4. Connect pin 4 to pin 8 of the 555 timer.
    5. Connect pin 4 and pin 7using 10k Ω (R1).
    6. Connect pin 6 and pin 2 using jumper wire.
    7. Connect pin 2 to the ground and output terminal of the potentiometer.
    8. Connect to pin 7 to the vcc terminal of the potentiometer.
    9. Connect the positive terminal of C1 to pin 2.
    10. Connect the negative terminal of C1 to ground.
    11. Connect pin 1 to ground.
    12. Connect the positive terminal of C2 to pin 5.
    13. Connect the negative terminal to the ground.
    14. Connect the anode terminal of D1 to pin 3.
    15. Connect cathode terminal of D1 and Ground using R3.
    16. Connect the pin 3 of 555 IC to pin 14 of 4017 counter IC.
    17. Connect the pin 8 of 555 IC to pin 16 of 4017 counter IC.
    18. Connect pin 15 to ground using jumper wire.
    19. Connect the pin 8 of 4017 counter IC to ground.
    20. Connect pin 13 to ground using jumper wire.
    21. Connect the anode terminal of D11to the pin 3 of the 4017 IC.
    22. Connect the anode terminal of D10to the pin 2 of the 4017 IC.
    23. Connect the anode terminal of D9 to the pin 4 of the 4017 IC.
    24. Connect the anode terminal of D8 to the pin 7 of the 4017 IC.
    25. Connect the anode terminal of D7 to the pin 10 of the 4017 IC.
    26. Connect the anode terminal of D6 to the pin 1 of the 4017 IC.
    27. Connect the anode terminal of D5 to the pin 5 of the 4017 IC.
    28. Connect the anode terminal of D4 to the pin 6 of the 4017 IC.
    29. Connect the anode terminal of D3 to the pin 9 of the 4017 IC.
    30. Connect the anode terminal of D2 to the pin 11 of the 4017 IC.
    31. Connect all the cathode terminals of the LED with the series of the 680Ω (R2) to
    the ground.
