Mr. Javarajegowda adhaar No: 8779 3230 6949, son of Mr. Late Chennegowda,
a resident of Billanahalli village, Kasaba Hobli, Holenarasipura Taluk, Hassan
District, is a pure sale deed of our self-acquired Khushki land written by me.
The terms "buyers" and "sellers" should be constrained to include their heirs
and all their claimants.

No loan has been taken from any bank on scheduled property. If so, I will
agree to vacate my other assets. There is no one in the property other than me
who has the right to seniority, the right to inherit, the right to alimony, the right
to part, the right to women's money, the right to a minor, and so on. The
Scheduled Property is a non-binding property on which there shall be no court
confiscation, attachment probation order or any other prophylaxis. I have made
the Scheduled Property a pure purchase to you today. In the future, if there are
any disputes on the part of our families regarding the extent of the land, I am
bound to resolve them ourselves with our own responsibility.
So far, I have paid taxes for the scheduled property and there is no
arrears. From now onwards I agree that you shall, as wholly the owner and
claimant to the Scheduled Property, enjoy any fund, deposit, water, treasures, as
well as the exclusive legal rights and privileges of your own volition. If any
other letter and writing is required for the completion of your right to the
property of purchase, I also agree to write and register such amendment and
other documents and enjoy it as per your will.

In the presence of the witnesses, I have agreed to write to you any kind of
registration letter required for the completion of your claim to the said land.
From now on neither we nor the other heirs of our family will have the slightest
rights in this regard. Henceforth, I agree to transfer the account of the said
property in the name of you, the purchaser, in the office related to this deed of
sale, pay government revenue to it from time to time, and enjoy it happily as
your son's descendants.

A pure sale deed of the land which I have written with my own pleasure and
willingness to take the amount of money purchased from you in the presence of
the following witnesses and give it to your possession of the land situated
between the above mentioned boundaries.
