Smt. H.B. Rukmini Aadhaar No: 3967 0824 8990, wife of Shri B.C.
Gangadhara, residing in Billanahalli village, Kasaba Hobli, Holenarasipura
Taluk, Hassan District. To you,

Mr. Javarajegowda adhaar No: 8779 3230 6949, son of Mr. Late Chennegowda,
a resident of Billanahalli village, Kasaba Hobli, Holenarasipura Taluk, Hassan
District, is a pure sale deed of our self-acquired Khushki land written by me.

The terms "buyers" and "sellers" should be constrained to include their heirs
and all their claimants.

The order is as follows:- Since I am in need of money for the purpose of


repaying the loan i have taken and for the purpose of my other household
activities, I have sold my rights and ownership and the scheduled property in
possession to you, the aforesaid buyers, at a pure price of Rs.180000/- (rupees
one lakh eighty thousand rupees).

Accordingly, I have received Rs.1,80,000/- (1 lakh eighty thousand


rupees) in cash from you in the presence of witnesses. In this way, I will be paid
the full amount of the purchase. I have entrusted to you on this day, along with
all our exclusive rights, that the Scheduled Property which has been given for
purchase has been entrusted to you. The property of the schedule given to you
for the purchase on this day will have an account in the name of me,
Jawarajegowda bin Late Channegowda.

The land described in the annexure is the property acquired by purchase


deed No: 03464-2017-18, dated: 27/12/2017 in favor of Mr. Javarajegowda bin
late Channegowda. The said property will now be an account in my name and
an asset separately attached to my name. I shall be solely entitled to the said
property. The said property is currently in my entire right and is owned by me. I
have thereby made the Scheduled Property a pure purchase to you. Prior to this,
I had not made purchases, leasings, donations, supports, divisions and other
alienations to anyone else. And I have not entered into such an agreement with
anyone else.

No loan has been taken from any bank on scheduled property. If so, I will
agree to vacate my other assets. There is no one in the property other than me
who has the right to seniority, the right to inherit, the right to alimony, the right
to part, the right to women's money, the right to a minor, and so on. The
Scheduled Property is a non-binding property on which there shall be no court
confiscation, attachment probation order or any other prophylaxis. I have made
the Scheduled Property a pure purchase to you today. In the future, if there are
any disputes on the part of our families regarding the extent of the land, I am
bound to resolve them ourselves with our own responsibility.

So far, I have paid taxes for the scheduled property and there is no
arrears. From now onwards I agree that you shall, as wholly the owner and
claimant to the Scheduled Property, enjoy any fund, deposit, water, treasures, as
well as the exclusive legal rights and privileges of your own volition. If any
other letter and writing is required for the completion of your right to the
property of purchase, I also agree to write and register such amendment and
other documents and enjoy it as per your will.

In the presence of the witnesses, I have agreed to write to you any kind of
registration letter required for the completion of your claim to the said land.
From now on neither we nor the other heirs of our family will have the slightest
rights in this regard. Henceforth, I agree to transfer the account of the said
property in the name of you, the purchaser, in the office related to this deed of
sale, pay government revenue to it from time to time, and enjoy it happily as
your son's descendants.

-: Details of scheduled property subject to purchase :-

Hassan District Belongs to Holenarasipura Taluk, Kasaba Hobli,


Doddabyagatavalli Village, survey no. 135/ 3 (one hundred and thirty-five podu
three), our babthu 0-12 1/4 gunta (twelve quarter guntas) khushti land.

Boundaries for the property ;-

To the east - Thimmashetty's land

To the west - Gururaj's land

To the North - Holenarasipura Arakalagud Road

To the south - the degraded land of the government.

A pure sale deed of the land which I have written with my own pleasure and
willingness to take the amount of money purchased from you in the presence of
the following witnesses and give it to your possession of the land situated
between the above mentioned boundaries.
