    Accessories (the “Outlet”) at Ayala Malls Capitol Central, a commercial development of
    Capitol Central Commercial Ventures Corp. (“CCCVC”) at Gatuslao St., Brgy 8, Bacolod
    City, Negros Occidental, Philippines 6100 we hereby certify that the Applicant is a lessee
    of a space at Ayala Malls Capitol Central.

    As lessee, the Applicant has been authorized by CCCVC to operate the Outlet at the
    Ayala Malls Capitol Central, on a leased space with a gross leasable area of 32.85 sqm,
    for a period of Two (2) years, commencing on June 1, 2022 to July 30, 2024, in
    consideration for the payment in the amount of Fixed Rent of 500.00 per sqm, plus
    applicable VAT.

    We trust that this certification shall suffice to enable your office to process and issue the
    aforesaid permit to the Applicant.
