    Note:
    1.) Any variation in lowside will be as per measurements at the site.
    2.) Civil platform for outdoor is not in our scope
    3.) Core Cutting, Chipping, wall opening and any kind of civil works is excluded
    4.) Scaffolding, Cable tray, Fabrication works is out of scope

    ANNEXURE – V GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. ORDER

    a. Order: For Equipment & Indigenous Work: The order shall be placed on M/s. AIRWELL
    ENGINEERING PVT LTD

    2. PAYMENT TERMS

    For high side and controls:

    100% advance along with the order

    For Low side equipment:

    70% advance along with the order& 20% on copper piping & ducting work & balance 10% on
    commissioning.

    3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY PERIOD:

    We shall complete supply of equipments and Installation work & commissioning work as per
    following schedule

    i. VRV Equipment-within 3-4 weeks up to Site.

    ii. Site Commissioning - within 3-4 weeks after receipt of


    Equipment at site.
    4. WARRANTY

    The system shall be warranted for 15 months from date of supply or 12 months from date of
    commissioning whichever comes earlier.

    5. VALIDITY
    This Price Validity is valid till this month end.

    AMC START at 2600/HP post warranty period of 18 months from commissioning. After that
    5% escalation from 2nd year of AMC

    Annexure-VI Exclusions:

    We have not included the following works related to execution of low side activities and shall be
    arranged by your appointed agencies as per requirement of the project:

    1. All masonry work/civil works such as supports for the condensing units, cutting away and
    making good of walls, floors slabs, making & closing of trenches etc.

    2. Supply and installation of main power supply terminating at each outdoor unit (3 phase) and
    near each indoor unit (single phase) with isolating MCB at both.

    3. Any drain points in our scope of works & the same shall have to be arranged by civil contractor.

    4. Any kind of false ceiling works, boxing work, wooden framework/carpentry work.

    5. Provision of necessary drain points

    6. Any under deck insulation, false ceiling insulation work.

    7. Protected storage space at site.

    8. Power for erection, testing & commissioning of the system.

    9. Any kind of dismantling work.

    10. Any other work, which is not agreed specifically.


    NOTE:
    • 3-Phase power supply is must for outdoor unit and if any phase reversal or any phase is
    not available in the power supply then the outdoor unit shall not function.
    We recommend the phase sequencer in case of phase reversal problem.
    • The power supply for the indoor units & outdoor units shoulsd not be interrupted and
    it shall be always ON. Any operation for ON/ OFF of the indoor units shall be through
    remote controller only.
    • Commissioning will be done on Permanent and stable power supply only.
