front loops, Ch 2, 1 Dc in next 2 stitches, 1 Hdc,

Skirt Light Blue

WORK IN ROWS

Row 1: Turn the body upside down.

Join Light Blue yarn in front loop
of round 29. Ch 2, Dc in same stitch,
