4. We sighted ship's log which confırmed the above information as to the prevlous cargoes
and their respective volume in the tank.
5. We were infomıed by ship's First Offıcer that the tank had been cleaned after the last cargo
by using the foliowing cleaning procedure:

1. Butterworth with seawater (800)-4 cycles


2. Recirculation with fresh water-2 cycles
3. Rince with fresh water-1 cycles
4. Dryininq of tank, line and pipes.

6. Tank was examined intemally for cleanliness and as far as could be seen was found to be
clean and dry and free from harmful material and, in our opinlon, in this respect based on
our visual inspection and at the time of our inspection, was in a fit state to receive a cargo
of Crude Sunflower OH in bulk.
7. From our inspection we found the tank construction was:
*a. Stainless Stcel

*b. Mild steel coated and as far as could be seen the coeting appeared to be in sound
condition with minimal miid steel exposure, without ioose scale or closed blisters.
*c. Mlld steo=and as -far as could 1 e-ecen appeared ta be in sound condition without
looco scale.

8. Ship's cargo pumps and fxed pipelines were inspected as far as possib}e in-situ and
based on visual inspection found to be clean and dry with no signiflcant odour.
9. We were informed by the ship's First Officer that the tank coiis and/or hoot oxchongors
were tested on 11.01.2020 (date) by an application of *live steam/hot wator to not less
than 10.5 bar for a period of 60 minutes and were found tight.

10. As far as could be seen from our visLı nspection, the hatch covers and jointing appeared
to be in sound condition, th sea and packing did not appear to contain copper or
copper alt --. tt alloy in the pipelines, pumping system or
tank int ey were in contact h the cargo.

*b. The Immediate previous cargo in the tank was a product on the FOSFA List of
Acceptabie Previous Cargoes in force at the date of the Bill/s of Lading and the tank
compiles with the Restrictions beyond the Immediate Previous Cargo as set out in the
FOSFA List of Acceptable Previous Cargoes. The previous cargoes (back to a
qualifying previous cargo) carrled are stated to have been:

Second LastCargo Crude Sunflower Oil
Third Last Cargo Crude Sunflower OH
Etc (as necessary)

Under the provisions of 3a. and 3b, above in the event that a cargo was less than 60% of
volume of the tank, such cargo to be recorded but is not to be considered a qualifying
previous cargo. Such cargo not to be a product on the FOSFA List of Banned Immediate
Cargoes or to be a product on the FOSFA List of Acceptebie Previous Cargoes;
whichever list to apply, dictated by the sales contract.

We sighted ship's log which confırmed the above information as to the prevlous cargoes
and their respective volume in the tank.

We were informed by ship's First Omcer that the tank had been cleaned after the iast cargo
by using the foliowing cleaning procedure:

1. Butterworth with seawater (800)-4 cycles


2. Recirculation with fresh water-2 cycles
3. Rince with fresh water--1 cvcies
4. Drvininq of tank, bine and pipes.

Tank was examined intemaliy for cleanliness and as far as could be seen was found to be
clean and dry and free from harmful material and, in our opinion, in thls respect based on
our visual inspection and at the time of our inspection, was in a fit state to receive a cargo
of Crude Sunflower Oil in bulk.
7. From our lnspection we found the tank constructlon was:

condition with minimal miid steel exposure, without loosa scale or closed biisters.

6. Ship's cargo pumps and fıxed pipeiines were inspected as far as possible in-site and
based on visual lnspectlon found to be clean and dry with no signlfıcant odour:
9. We were informed by the ship's First Officer that the tank coiis anWor hoat oxchangoru
were tested on 11.01.2020 (date) by an applbcation of *llve steam/hot wator to not less
than 10.5 bar for a period of 60 minutes and were found tight.
10. As far as could be seen from our visual in ön, the hatch covers and jointing appeared
to be in sound condition, the seals~ cking did not appear to contain copper or
copper alloy and there was no copp copper alloy in the pipelines, pumping system or
tank internal ; he cargo.
