VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Tranquil Communities Limited is a Private-Owned Company based in Kenya that deals with Construction,
Repairs and Maintenance of commercial properties and is seeking to recruit qualified and result oriented
individual to fill the following position.

Position: Engineering Interns

Qualification and Experience

 Must have a Bsc in Electrical, Civil, Construction or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized
Institution
 At least 1-year experience of relevant work experience from previous attachments
 Effective communication skills
 Proficient in computer Applications; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
 Ability to interprete and implement construction drawings
 Knowledge of pump control panels, plumbing systems and Bills of Quantities
 Ability to work under pressure
 Excellent problem solving skills
 A valid Certificate of Good Conduct
 Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution
 Motorbike or Vehicle driving skills and license will be an added advantage
Job Description

 Site visits and quotes preparation


 Attending to repair and maintenance breakdowns in regards to Electrical, Plumbing and
Construction works
 Job cards preparation and ensuring they are signed and submitted on time
 Preparation of monthly reports on Construction, Repairs and Maintenance works and submission
to the Maintenance Manager
 Supervision, Inspection of Works and Advising the clientele on their technical requirements
