Design and simulate the robotic arms movement to transfer a product from one
workstation to the unloading station.
Objective:
1. To develop a computer ATS programme and simulate the running operations
of the above case study.
Method:
Study carefully the maual of the robot given during laboratory practical.
Develop the ATS programme for the case study.
Run the ATS programme.
Check whether the developed programme meets the requirement of the
case study.
Confirm the programme and let the programme runs continuously.
Record the joint angles and repective cartesion positions for each position
of the robot.
Report Writing:
i. Draw the physical layout of your robotics system.
ii. Write the ATS programme.

Note:
1. Students are grouped in 3-5 persons per group.
2. For the case study programming assignment, students are requested to
make appoinments with the Mechatronics' Lab Technician to complete
their programming assignment. A one (1) hour lab session for each group
should be sufficient to complete their practical assignment.
