 INTRODUCTION

Rationale

The field of learning has been focused on online classes and modalities

throughout the last two years. For instance, during the epidemic, professors

and students could only connect via online or distance learning sessions.

Which a great deal of issues will arise while teaching the students. A teacher

won't be able to monitor everyone's progress in learning. Additionally, many

students won't collaborate with their teachers, which prevents the teacher from

being able to clarify his major point. Therefore, mistakes will be made by

students who are unsure of themselves. Fortunately, there are some positive

and negative aspects of online classes depending on the circumstances.

Currently, we are taking face-to-face classes, a type of education

where a class of students is personally taught the course material and other

learning materials. This enables real-time communication between a learner

and a teacher. It is the oldest style of educational instruction. Student runs into

another issue. It will happen that you acclimate to your new environment and

experience cultural shock. Additionally, the scenario will resurface due to the

learning deficits from previous years. During the class's allotted meeting time,

students are in charge of their own growth. Fortunately, face-to-face training

guarantees a better understanding and retention of the course material and

gives pupils a chance to get to know one another. Face-to-face instruction is

the method employed to give a group of students the course information and

study resources. Throughout this type of learning, there is live interaction

between the instructor and the pupil. Additionally, the pupils are mutually

beneficial.

The results of this research study may assist readers in recognizing and

identifying both the positive and negative effects of

the online course on the Kabacan Senior High School students who are

enrolled in the academic track. This research study will focus on how students

adjust to sudden changes in the mode of instruction and how they respond by

returning to more customary traditional methods of teaching and learning the

present situation is they find the it difficult to adjust from blended learning to

face to face classes

The problem of student is mostly not interested in academic or education

sometimes they don’t come in school .and most of student are young and are

already know how to do vices.

Objective of the study

The generally aimsof this study is to determine the approaches and adjustmen

from blended learning to face to face classes and its realationship out comes

of kabacan national high school .specifally it endeavors to achieve the

fallowing

1. determine the adjustments made by the respondents for blended learning to

face to face learning identify. .

2. determine .the challenge of the respondents during the shift from blended

learning to face to face classes.

3. determine the satisfaction of respondents on face to face classes. .

Statement of the study

The main will be the determine the adjustment and statisfaction of student to

face to face classes sele to answer the fallowing

1. what adjustment made by the respondents from blended learning to face

to face classes?

2.what the statisfaction of repondents during the shift from blended learning to

face to face classes?

3.what are challenges of the repondents from blended learning to face to face

classes

Significance of the study

This study is will be very beneficial to the following;

Student - can access more information and richer understanding throught

teacher other student body language and voice.

Teacher – expensive to deliver more affordable and save time.

Future researcher -this study is help to future researcher beacause she know

the different of blended learning to face to face classes.

School administrators – its help to justify the adjustment of student from

blended learning to face to face classes, then make a study or intervention to

help from this scenario.

Scope and Delimitation of the study

The scope of the study is to explore an adjustment of the student on

transition of a blended learning into face to face classes of Senior high school

students

The respondent of the study are the Senior High students who currently

enrolled during the school year 2022-2023.

The researcher focus on the adjustment, challenge and satisfaction of

students during face to face classes result.

Definition of Terms

The following will be defined according to their use in the study. This is

done to have a common frame of reference for the readers of the research

study.

Blended learning – the new mode of teaching and learning conducted by the

administrative of learning center to avoid the possible spreading of the

Pandemic.

Adjustment- adjustment of student is boost academic pefromance,improve

on mental health and well-being,and help develop social engagement

skills.

Challenges-acquiring successful time management skill is a big challenges of

Online Learning

The phrase "new normal" has been one of the most often used phrases

since the epidemic, and the rising usage of online learning resources is the

new normal in education. The COVID-19 epidemic has inspired innovative

approaches to education. Educational institutions all around the world are

looking to online learning platforms to carry on the process of educating

pupils. The concept of education has changed, and the foundation of this

change is online learning. Today, digital learning has become a vital tool for

students and educational institutions all around the world. This is a brand-new

approach to education that many educational institutions have been forced to

adopt (Gautam, 2020).

Online education makes use of the internet as a delivery medium to

provide well-thought-out, high-quality, student-focused learning experiences. It

is based on tried-and-true best practices that foster productive interactions

between students, peers, teachers, and course material (Mathes, 2020). By

encouraging students to employ the numerous learning tools at their disposal

and increasing their degree of dedication to studying their majors, online

teaching encourages learning. The virtual world serves as an excellent

learning environment, giving users access to knowledge that is acquired via

experience. By designing assignments with problem- or challenge-based

learning scenarios and giving the learner complete choice over exploratory

learning experiences, instructors set up the course results (Hamdan & Amorri,

2022).

There are many advantages to online education, including mobility,

accessibility, a need for less physical infrastructure, fewer prices, and more

flexibility. However, that does not mean that it is without flaws. According to a

recent survey, 60% of students who had just switched to an online learning

system found the experience to be monotonous and found it difficult to stay

motivated to pay attention in class (Gutte, 2021). There is a challenge with

online learning because certain courses can't fully meet the requirements.

According to respondents to the same study, it was challenging to take

courses in design, theater, and education because of how things were

handled online as opposed to in person (Martin, 2021).

Face-to-Face Learning

According to tophat.com, in a face-to-face learning environment, a

group of students receive in-person teaching on course material and other

learning materials. This enables real-time communication between a learner

and a teacher. It is the traditional style of educational instruction. A higher

level of interaction amongst students is advantageous to learners.

In face-to-face instruction, students are responsible for their

development during the scheduled meeting time for the class. instruction
ensures a better grasp and retention of the lesson material and provides an

opportunity for students to form relationships with one another. education is

the approach used to deliver course information and learning materials to a

group of students. Live interaction between the instructor and the student

occurs throughout this sort of learning. The students benefit from one another

as well. One of the most well-liked and established methods of education is

this one. Students are in charge of their progress in face-to-face learning,

which has a set session time and date. Students that engage in this kind of

learning are better able to comprehend and remember the concepts that were

taught in the classroom (teachmint@wp).

Advantage of Face-to-face class

According to Mypath Edudation, every person learns differently and

performs better in various contexts. Since the pandemic began a few years

ago, millions of articles have been published extolling the advantages of

people working and studying from home. Although there are many

advantages, many people are considering staying at home now that life is

returning to normal. Here are six benefits of face-to-face learning that can help

you make your decision. Encourages and helps with Social Skills, Real-time

Interaction, Lack of Distraction, Promotes Collaborative Learning, Encourages

critical thinking, and Teaches accountability and Responsibility.(shah,R 2022)

 A higher level of interaction amongst students is advantageous to

learners. In face-to-face instruction, students are responsible for their

 METHODOLOGY

This chapter describe the methodology of the study, it includes the

research design, respondents of the study, sampling procedure, research

instrument, data gathering procedure, and statistical analysis.

Research Design

The study will use a descriptive research design to gather information

about the approaches and adjustments from online learning to face to face

classes ,challenge of student and statisfaction of student

Respondents of the Study

The respondents of the study will be the selected 150 students of the

Kabacan National High School.who are enrolled in the school year 2022-2023

Sampling Procedure

The sampling procedure obtained in this study is simple random

sampling design. Simple random design is a subset of a statistical population

in which each member of the subset has an equal probability of being chosen
Research Instrument

The research instrument use in the study will be the survey

questionnaire. The instrument consisted of two parts; the first part is the socio-

demographic and economic characteristics of the respondents. The second

part is to determine the approaches and adjustments from blended learning to

face to face classes and its relationship to the learning outcomes of the

students of the Kabacan National High School. It includes the secondary

sources of information’s such as thesis, moreover the research will be used

some useful gadget such as, camera, cell phone and etc.(Aralou A.Albreto)

Data Gathering Procedure

In gathering the data of the study, the researcher will ask a permission

from the Principal of the Kabacan National High School to conduct the

study .Upon the approval, the researcher will distribute a questionnaire to the

Respondents of the study and it will be retrieve to him. The data gathered will

be tallied,tabulated,analyse and interpreted

Statistical Analysis

The data will be gathered, tallied and analyzed through descriptive

statistics such as using the frequency and percentage. The descriptive

statistics are used to sum up a specific data set which may be a sample of
representation of the complete population. The measurements of central

tendency and measures of variability are made in descriptive statistical

analysis. ANOVA will use to identified the relationship between academic

performance, Adjustment on the transition of learning.
