1. (a) software Z = Operating System

Three main functions of the software is provide resource management services of many
kinds. However, operating systems also function as a memory management and also
performs basic task computer tasks such as managing the various peripheral devices.

(b) ⅰ. Two purpose of installing software C if students is to complete his accounting


assignment is to insert all of the data and information for calculating transaction
money debit and credit via worksheet, followed by to editing and deleting
information when have wrong calculated numbers.

ⅱ. Two purpose of installing software C is students can display accounting


assignment by slide show to their teacher easily. Second purpose is to elucidate the
information to everybody and help more easily to explain a vital part of
information.

2. (a) P= Analog audio Q= Digital audio

(b) 1. Guitarist produced sound from guitar as a analog audio and record his sound.
2. Guitarist will store the analog audio in the computer.
3. Guitarist will use analog audio converter via computer to convert analog audio to
digital audio.
4. Guitarist will edit and save the digital audio.
5. Guitarist will convert digital audio to analog audio by using digital audio converter and
play out from speaker.

3. (a) two ways users can safeguard the privacy of their personal information from being
trespassed is:
i. Install antispyware
ii. Set a strong password

(b) Three effects to the users if data intrusion occurs is user personal information will be
known by anybody. They will use user personal information to commit fraud and forgery.
Second effects is somebody who can use the data to successful the password for the pin

somebody will use user’s data to make a loans from any merchant or people that who are
stranger and cause a lot of dept supposed to pay without further ado. In fact, a lot of

image and vector image. K and M is vector image, whereas L and N is raster image.

up the image.

and increased the number of bit depth. However, image N able enhanced into M by using
extension application anti-aliasing such as Adobe Photoshop.
