My mother knows my value and supports me to always live into them.

living into your values?
i talk to myself and whenever I feel like I am drifting apart from my values I try to remind
myself that I am better than this and I don’t have to be like others and be mean to them.

4. What are the early warning indicators or signs that you’re living outside your values?
As I mentioned earlier that emergency and betrayal from others are a setback that sometimes
drift me away from my values so I always look for these early signs.

5. What does it feel like when you’re living into your values?

it feels fulfilling and refreshing for me it motivates me to keep following my values and stick
to them. Moreover they help me in gaining self-esteem and confidence.

6. How can you check yourself?

i can check myself by doing a thorough thinking about what my values are at the end of the
day and how much I deviated from them. In case in that particular day I broke boundaries of
my values I try to tell myself that I need to do better and be persistent with them.
