GUIDELINES FOR THE ONLINE MOCK BAR EXAMINATIONS
All barristers who are enrolled in the 2021 Online Arellano Bar Review Program are entitled
to participate in the Online Mock Bar Examinations on October 24, 2021, Sunday, for
Remedial Law and Legal & Judicial Ethics, subject to the following rules:
. The Mock Bar Examinations will be conducted virtually, via the Learning Management
System (LMS), in preparation for the anticipated virtual 2020_21 Bar Examination.

The Mock Bar Examination for Remedial Law will start at 8:00 am to 12:00 nn, followed
by Legal & Judicial Ethics from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

The questionnaires for Remedial Law will be posted in the LMS under the “Mock Bar
Exams” category at exactly 8:00 am, then Legal and Judicial Ethics at 2:00 pm.

Your answers to Remedial Law should be submitted on or before 12:00 nn. Your answers:
in Legal & Judicial Ethics should be submitted on or before 6:00 pm.

The LMS is capable of monitoring the attendance and time of submission of your
answers. Only those who will be able to submit on time will be considered for the Online
Coaching Program, and failure to comply with the deadline will be considered as a waiver
or disqualification thereof, just like in the actual Bar Examination.

The CLEAR Office will facilitate the selection of coaches and the scheduling of the
coaching sessions.

Failure on the part of the participant to attend during the scheduled session shall be
deemed a waiver on his/her part, and will only be entitled to a written feedback.

Participants are reminded and obligated to maintain a stable internet connection during
the period of the Mock Bar Examinations because only one (1) attempt shall be allowed
per student. As a backup plan, it is suggested that the participants should have a backup
word file for their answers.

Any form of cheating is highly discouraged. Cheating will not contribute anything in one's
preparation for the Bar Examination.
