    Dear Kapla,

    Hi, my name is Khiet Dan. I am a sophomore at HUFLIT, majoring in English.


    I really enjoy communicating with people and learning about languages,
    especially English and Chinese, so I hope I can access jobs related to English
    and Chinese as much as possible.

    Talking more about my ability, I am considered a meticulous, careful person. I


    have experience as a tutor since 2019 for children from 6-15 years old. I
    learned patience and communication with children from a very young age.
    This job helped me realize how much I love working with children.

    I started working as an English teaching assistant for English centers from


    2021, along with tutoring. My primary responsibilities in this role are to support
    teachers during school hours, liaising with parents, and correcting students'
    work after school to ensure they understand the lessons. Through this job, I
    have improved a lot of skills. The first is about office IT skills. Now I can affirm
    that I have good IT skills to be able to compose powerpoint presentations for
    teachers, make reports for superiors and parents, and create interesting
    worksheets for students to practice at the end of the lesson. The second is
    that my pedagogical skills have gradually improved significantly. I already
    know how to present and prepare lesson plans for a lecture so that it is most
    effective and easy to understand for students.

    My goal in the next 5 years is to become a dedicated English teacher, so I


    think it's better to start working as a teaching assistant now.
