I have been trying to reach you on phone to inform you that your parcel has been
withheld in Jakarta Indonesia during parcels routine checking and screening by the
Indonesian Customs. The Indonesian Authorities after negotiations are requesting
for a Customs Clearance Certificate from the Customs and Excise Indonesia and a Tax
Declaration Certificate here signed by the Commissioner before your parcel will be
released and allowed to cross the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK),

Authorities for clearance and release of your parcel to avoid further
complications. Note very careful that the authorities has warned that failure to
