4.     The client returns to


the laboratory and he/she
presents the NWRB O.R.
to WMC staff.

5.     The WMC staff records


the payment and stamps
the schedule of meter
submission or site testing
on the Client’s Transaction

schedule is set 3 days from
the date of payment
depending on the pending
calibration works. Onsite
schedule is set 5 days from
the date of payment
depending on the site
preparation by client and
availability of WMC staff).
C.    Submission of the meters
for Laboratory Based Testing:

1.     The client submits the


water meter in the
Laboratory on the set date
and time of submission.

2.     The WMC Staff 2 min/meter


inspects, counts and
receives meter that are
acceptable for testing.

3.     The WMC staff stamps 3 min


“RECEIVED” with the date
and receiving staff on the
Client’s Transaction Copy.
The “Tentative Date of
Release” will be stamped
also on the Client’s
Transaction Copy.

4.     The WMC Staff put


notation on the Client’s
Transaction Copy for the
returned meter with no. of
meters and reasons.
