Job Summary
The job holder requires to provide strategic support to the country managing director in terms of manpower planning, resource allocation,
recruitment, talent development and human resources operations within the territory, and to lead all people related strategic and tactical
interventions and support the organization to develop a robust people strategy in order to attract and retain the right talent at Faisal El-Rashid

Manpower Planning & RecruitmentPlan and prepare annual manpower acquisition plan and bugdet
for the TerritoryEnsure achievement of the recruitment targets for the Territory as per the approved
2. Learning & Development Support the Learning& Development team in the Training needs
analysis for the Territory Ensure smooth execution of the induction process for the new entrants (
induction training, cubicle allotment, team introduction, joining processes and formalities

Employee Relations Manage the Human Resource Information system effectively to ensure that correct and complete information is
stored in the system and is used effectively for the benefit of the organizationEnable management of employee requests on an on-
going basis. These may include but not limited to vacation requests, transfers, employee certificates, etcManage the employee
separation process, thereby ensuring smooth exit of employee from the organization. This may include managing activities such as
exit interviews, full and final settlement, etcEnsure safekeeping and maintenance of all employee related files and recordsEnsure

enable enforcement of the same across the Territory Create a culture of setting goal, timely review

Ensure tracking of performance management and present reports on a regular basis to the management

About the Company: FRG was founded in 1984, our founder and chairman Faisal Al Rasheed was
inspired to start this company by opening Nasser sports centre in Kuwait, and in 2009 make
acknowledge take off to Egypt.
Started with our first retail store in 2011, offering all family needs include apparel, footwear, sports
equipment and accessories.
We plan is to reach 100 store in Egypt by 2030, we have now around 40 store all over Egypt, to
serve our customers anywhere.
