Operator: ZTE External user (Android)
Step 1: Scan Android QR code with a browser
Step 2: Download iCenter EX APP and install APP

Step 1: Scan ios QR code with a browser
Step 2: Download iCenter EX APP and install APP
Step 3: Trust the enterprise-level application on the mobile phone(Settings > General > Device
Management > ZTE CORPORATION )

Notes:
If you have downloaded the software, the software is automatically updated.
If you have not downloaded the software, use the QR code in the latest version of the guide.
02 Preparation before use-Login
Operator: User
Step 1: Choose “Workbench” > Click “iEPMS”

Step 1: Tools > Select specified project
Step 2: Click “Data Sync” to Sync Project Data
03 Instant Messaging-External user
Operator: External User (communication between external users and internal users)
Path: iCenter Ex APP > Login > Messages
Step 1: Point-to-Point Communication Interface
Step 2: Group Communication Interface

Note:
1.Point-to-point communication between
external users and internal users needs to
be initiated bay internal users.
2.Group communication between external
users and internal users requires internal
users to add external users to groups.
03 Instant Messaging-External user
Operator: External User (communication with members of the same company)
Path: iCenter Ex APP > Login > Contacts > Team
Step 1: Select the project you need. Note:
Step 2: Select the person you want to contact. External users can initiate communication with
members of the same company in the same
project.
04 Sign-Sign In and Sign Out
Face Certification and Photogragh function will be available or necessary or not depends on
specified request in project, there will be three different scenarioes showed up as below.

04 Sign-Sign In and Sign Out
Scenario 1
Operator: User
Step 1: From the sign tab, select “Sign In” or “Sign Out”.
Step 2: Select Sign Address which current location must be less than 300 meters away from sign address
Step 3: Click “Submit” to completed

Note:
When you sign in or out, the system
automatically selects the nearest site
as the sign address.

You can see the distance to the site.

Scenario 2&3 : Method of Application -- Face Certification
Operator: User
Step 1: Login APP ->Choose “Me”->Click “General Setting”
Step 2: Click “Face Auth Setting” and Click “Reset Face Auth”
Step 3: Complete Face Recognition Information

Step 1: Select Sign Type within “Sign In” and “Sign Out”
Step 2: Select Sign Address which current location must be less than 300 meters away from sign address

Operator: User
Step 1: Click date detail upon right side, select Start Time and End Time
Step 2: Select sign history type to check more detail


04 Sign-Enter or Exit site record
Operator: PMM
Path: “Time Manage”->“Enter or Exit site record”
Step 1: Click “Filter” to select date scope to check different site record
Step 2: Select specified sign application record
05 Task-Task View & Site View
Operator: User
Path: Enter the Task tab > Enter the default “Task View” view
Step 1: Click this icon to switch views.
Step 2: In the site view, the number of tasks under the corresponding site is displayed.
Step 3: Click the site to view the task items.
05 Task-Task Filtering and Search
Operator: User
Step 1: Click the three options to filter out the tasks from different dimensions.
Step 2: Click the Search button. You can enter a site name or site ID to search for it.
05 Task-Task progress feedback
Operator: User
Path: “Task View” or “Site View” > Select the task to be fed back
Step 1: There are three buttons to postpone, suspend, and transfer the task. Delay:If the task cannot be
completed on time due to some
reasons, click the “Delay”
button to apply for an extension,
and select the extension reason
and the estimated completion
time after the extension.

Suspend:If the task cannot be


started due to some reason,
click “Suspend” to request
suspension. Select a
suspension reason.

Transfer:To change the person


responsible for task progress
feedback, click “Transfer” to
transfer the task to others.
05 Task-Task progress feedback
Operator: User
Step 2: Click “Start” icon to start the task progress feedback.
Step 3: Click “Feedback” to fill in the completion rate of the current task.

Note:
After you click “Start”, the current date is automatically
recorded as the actual start time of the task.
You can click the actual start time to modify it, but the
modified start time cannot be earlier than the current
time by three days.
05 Task-Task progress feedback
Operator: User
Step 3: Fill in the completion rate of the current task and submit current progress.
Step 4: If the task is not finished, click “Save to Server” to archive the current contents. After the task is
completed, click “Submit” to submit the task.

Note:
Click “Submit” and the date
is automatically recorded as
the actual completion date.
06 Project Site
Operator: User
Step 1: Click “Project Site”
Step 2: Select or Search specified site
Step 3: Click specified site and get site information.
06 Project Site-Site Tasks
Operator: User
Step 1: Click “Tasks” to check task list.
Step 2: Select the task to be fed back.
Step 3: Task progress feedback.(Refer to the task progress feedback guide in this PPT task module.)

Operator: User
Step 1: Click “Site logs”
Step 2: Click “+” beside with “Site logs”
Step 3: Completed all detail and click “Submit” or “Save”, then all submitted site logs will be showed up

Operator: User
Step 1: Click “Documents” to check site document list
Step 2: Click document to view online
07 Quality(QA/QC)
Operator: User
Step 1: Click “Tools” and choose “Quality” to enter Quality work order interface
07 Quality(QA/QC)-Quality work order
Operator: User
Step 1: Click add icon to create quality work order
Step 2: Select work order type,template name,site ID (mandatory) ,Completing Date
Step 3: Click “OK” > The quality work order is created
07 Quality(QA/QC)-Quality Work Order View
Operator: User
Search Task: Click “Search” icon and enter a keyword in the search bar and find the quality work order.
Download the Single Task: Click download icon > download the single task
Top Placing: Scroll the corresponding task leftwards > Click “Top Placing”
07 Quality(QA/QC)-Fill in Self-Check task
Operator: User(Subcontractor Team)
Step 1: Click “start” to fill in the check items
You can view task logs,transfer
the task and delete the task.
P.S. If you have created a quality
work order on the APP, you can
delete the work order that is not
started or is being executed.
Download the Task
The quality work order from the
Web client cannot be deleted on
the APP client.

You can obtain the total number of


check items, the number of finished
check items, the number of uploaded
check items, and the number of
approved check items in each check
category.
07 Quality(QA/QC)-Fill in Self-Check task
Operator: User(Subcontractor Team)
Step 2: Click “fill in the check items”
Step 3: Fill in Check item : Choose Self check and add pictures which the check item need.

Check Item Details.

The contents with * are mandatory.

Notes:
Photo Addition Methods Set whether to use “Select
From Picture Library of
the Phone” mode as
required. It may not exist.
Pay attention to the
frequirements for
uploading contents.
07 Quality(QA/QC)-Fill in Self-Check task
Operator: User(Subcontractor Team)
Step 4: Click the icon on the upper right corner to view the check items status.The item number will change
to blue after all items are filled in that check item.
Step 5: Click upload to upload data to backend anytime.
Step 6: Click submit to complete only when all items are filled.
07 Quality(QA/QC)-Fill in Spot-Check task
Operator: User(Quality Team)
Step 1: Click “start” to approval checklist
You can view task logs,transfer
the task and delete the task.
P.S. If you have created a
quality work order on the APP,
you can delete the work order
that is not started or is being
executed.
The quality work order from
the Web client cannot be
deleted on the APP client.

Notes:
The spot check process is the approval process.
07 Quality(QA/QC)-Fill in Spot-Check task
Operator: User(Quality Team)
Step 2: Click “fill in the check items”
Step 3: Press Pass or Not pass for each check item.
Step 4: Click the icon on the upper right corner to view the check items status.

If the check item is red, it


indicates that "Not PASS" is
selected.
If the check item is green, it
indicates that "PASS" is
selected.
07 Quality(QA/QC)-Fill in Spot-Check task
Operator: User(Quality Team)
Step 5: After all inspection items are approved, a conclusion can be given on the approval or rectification of
the entire work order based on the overall inspection results.
Step 6: If the final conclusion is a spot check work order for rectification, select the person responsible for
rectification.

The "PASS" and "Not PASS" of


each check item are mainly
used to record the status of
each check item. The final
comprehensive result shall be
evaluated by the filling person
to determine whether
improvement is required.
07 Quality(QA/QC)-Fill in the rectification task
Operator: User
Step 1: Select the rectifing work order and click it to detail page. Click View Data to view general rectifing
items.Click “To rectify” to view Rectification Items.
Step 2: Fill in all the items in the rectification check items
Step 3: Click the icon on the upper right corner to view the rectifying check items status.The item number
will change to blue after all items are filled in that rectifying check item.
Step 4: After all rectifying items turn to blue, submit and it is under approving.
07 Quality(QA/QC)-Quality work order approval
Operator: Quality Team
Path: EPMS > Quality and EHS > Work Order Billboard
Step 1: You can see the quality work orders in different statuses.
Step 2: Click "Work Order Names" of the work order you need, and you can see all the check items and the
contents uploaded by the person responsible for the work order.
Step 3: Click “Create” > Create a new quality work order and send the work order to the responsible person.
07 Quality(QA/QC)-Quality work order approval
Operator: Quality Team
Path: EPMS > Quality and EHS > Approval
Step 1: You can see the work orders in three approval statuses.
Step 2: Choose "Work Order Names" of the work order you need, and click the icon to approve a work
order
08 Team Tasks
Operator: User
Step 1: Click “Tools” and choose “Team Task” to enter team tasks interface
08 Team Tasks-Team Member Operation
Operator: Team Member
Step 1: select your team. In the “Task Claim” interface ,click the icon to select your team.
Step 2: Enter “Select the responsible team” and choose specified team.
Step 3: Enter a keyword in the search bar and find the task.
Step 4: Select multiple tasks > check the number of selected tasks in the upper right corner > click “Claim”.
08 Team Tasks-Team Leader Operation-Team selection
Operator: Team Leader
Notes:In the interface,the “Task Claim” operation is the same as that of team members.
Step 1: Click “Team Task” > Click the icon to select the team that you are responsible for.
Step 2: Enter “Select the responsible team” and select specified team.
Step 3: Click “Assigning” to view the tasks to be assigned.
Step 4: Enter a keyword in the search bar and find the task.(The search function is valid for all the four status
tasks.)
08 Team Tasks-Team Leader Operation-Assigning
Operator: Team Leader
Step 1: Assign tasks to be assigned
Step 2: Click Owner to Select the responsible person.The scheduled time can be changed at the same time.
Step 3: After confirmation,Click “SUBMIT”

Single Task Assignment

Step 4: Modify the schedule time
Step 5: Click the current date and then select the date you want, and click “SUBMIT”.

Step 1: Click “In Progress” to view the in-progress tasks assigned to team members.
08 Team Tasks-Team Leader Operation-Completed
Operator: Team Leader
Step 1: Click “Completed” to view finished tasks assigned to team members.
Step 2: Click the time period icon > Change the time range
Step 3: The tasks completed within the specified period are displayed.

Step 1: Click “Suspended” to view the suspended tasks assigned to team members
09 Project Document — General Document
Operator: User
Step 1: Click “Tools” and choose “Project Document” to enter project documents interface
Step 2:Choose “General Document”

Scenario 1: The path where the document located is known. Click the corresponding folders in accordance
with the path.

You can click the blue folder name here to


return.

Notes:
After you click the document to view it, the system
caches the document. After the document is
viewed, it can be viewed offline next time. However,
the offline view function supports only word, pdf
and powerpoint documents currently.
09 Project Document — General Document
Scenario 2: The document name is known. Search the document name to view the document.
Scenario 3: The create/upate user is known, Search the create/upate user to view the document.
09 Project Document — Site Document
Operator: User
Step 1: Click “Tools” and choose “Project Document” to enter project documents interface
Step 2: Choose “Site Document”
Step 3: Input or select one or more query fields, and click Query.
09 Project Document — View history
Operator: User
Step 1: Click “Tools” and choose “Project Document” to enter project documents interface
Step 2: Click “View history” button on the upper right corner.
You can click “Recent three days” to
view more history documents.
