SUBJECT RENEWAL OF REASSIGNMENT

In the interest and exigency of the service, the reassignmentof Mr. Mark Gabriel S.
Permejo, Cashier B, Finance Division, to Port of San Andres, Quezon, under the
supervisionof the Terminal Supervisor A, is hereby renewed.

The duties and functions of Mr. Permejo as embodied under PMO MarQuez Special
Order No. 28-2020 shall remain the same.

This Order takes effect immediately and shall remain in force for a period not to
exceed one (1} year from the issuance hereof unless sooner revoked or otherwise
amended
