Commitment
-Moving forward to my next call, I commit to focus more doing manual dial most
specially to top industry. Make more quality TOs and send it to OMC vets. Make
urgency on every call to hit my daily target which is 22 TO per day. Prolong the
call to transfer it to OMC vets to have a possible deal. Let the lead understand
what we really do so that it will not mislead the customers. Hype the company,
explain what we really do to catch the interest of the leads and also have a chance
to have a deal. Of course familiarize all rebuttals so I can address properly every
objection and concerns of the customers.

Commitment:
Moving forward to my next call, I commit to do the best i can to prolong the call
and hold the customers longer. Providing appropriate rebuttals on all objection and
addressing customers concerns right away. To make sure that the customers I am
calling understand the reason of the call. Also ask more DQ's to prolong the call
and hold the cx longer. Always make a quality call to be able to secure atleast 2
to 3 deals this week.

Movinmg forward to my next call I commit to do more manual dial focusing top
indsustries only. Always make a quality call to atlease have a chane of making a
deal. With that I should always make the reason of the call clear. Address the
customers concern properly and provide appropriate rebuattals on all objectrion.
And most all to hit my TO target which is 24. And to have atleast 2 deals this week

additional DQs if necessary or if there is no OMC available yet to hold the
customer and prolong the call. Always make sure that the customers understand the
reason why we are calling so that it will be easier for the OMCs to make a deal.
