Below is a background of the patient's first sessions.

➔ DIAGNOSTIC IMPRESSION.

Donna is a woman who is very risky, apparently, she does not measure the
consequences of her actions, as well as not measure the consequences in
very difficult situations such as hiding the truth of who is the father of her
daughter Sophie.

➔ REASON FOR CONSULTATION AND IDENTIFIED SYMPTOMS.

● It is difficult to assess the consequences of their actions

Sophie Donna presented an episode of emotional dependency by seeking to

➔ DIAGNOSTIC IMPRESSION.

Tanya is fun, witty and energetic. She also loves men. Tanya appreciates the
finer things in life. The kind of woman whom the superficial man wants to be
with, Tanya has these guys wrapped her finge and she’s not afraid to take
advantage of it.

➔ REASON FOR CONSULTATION AND IDENTIFIED SYMPTOMS.

● Tanya exhibits narcissistic attitudes


● She does not show emotional attachment, that is, she changes
her sentimental partner often
● She feels that she deserves to be treated well, and that that
includes people being willing to spend money on her.
● She has a special fondness for branded clothing and
accessories, and all of her criteria are based entirely on what
she sees.
● She has no work or professional purposes, the only thing she
wants is to have a good living condition.
● She is not aware that her mind generates defense mechanisms
to avoid falling in love.
● Her whole life is based on money in relation to loving partners

➔ DIAGNOSIS AND SUGGESTMENT TREATMENT.

According to the results obtained in the applied tests, it has structure in the
skills cognitive, basic in the functioning of any person.
Within the tests carried out, Tanya has been diagnosed with Relationship
OCD, or Relationship Substantiation (relationship verification), is a subtype
of OCD in which patients are consumed with doubts about their relationship.
They question love and their attraction to their partner, their compatibility and
their partner's love.

Or those who have had a life of deprivation and when they have the chance
to spend, restrict themselves to even the most basic things out of fear
-consciously or unconsciously- of falling into poverty again.

➔ DIAGNOSTIC IMPRESSION.

Sophie is a fun-loving, romantic-minded girl, hoping to find and reunite with


her biological father. Sophie is also a very hopeful and optimistic girl, hoping
to find her father. Sophie also inherited the carefree and adventurous
personality of her mother, who sought to travel the world with Sky.

➔ REASON FOR CONSULTATION AND IDENTIFIED SYMPTOMS.

● Emotional void
● Emotional problems such as anxiety, depression or
aggressiveness.
● Fear of abandonment, which generates dependent behaviors or
social isolation.
● Has a hostile attitude when it comes to talking to his mother
about his father
● Curious to know about his father
● He seeks to fill the void of his father by marrying ski so young
● Lack of confidence in his mother, about the subject

Sophie has been diagnosed with Oppositional Defiant Disorder; she shows a
lot of resistance to her mother in the case of knowing who her father is, she
even invites her 3 possible parents to the island, knowing that it is a strong
topic for Donna, Sophie goes from caring how her mother feels and decides
to do it , like what he looks for in Sky, is responsibility or a father figure that
he did not have in his childhood, and that now that he is older is reflected in
his adult brain

Oppositional and defiant behaviors are frequent and ongoing. They cause
severe problems in relationships, social activities, school and work, both for
the child and the family.

The emotional and behavioral symptoms of ODD generally last for at least
six months. They include angry and irritable mood, argumentative and
defiant behavior, and hurtful and vindictive behavior.
