Foreword
I decided to make this a world building episode to flesh out the region. I'll avoid going into too much detail so I can
still explore and discover as a player.

Region
Let's start with determining if there are more than one major player or nation in this region? No. So the city at 13, 1
serves as the capital for that nation.

Next we'll see if all known settlements are part of this nation. Hatun and Daburh are part of it.

Mapleglen? Very likely. Yes.

Unnamed Settlement at 4,7? Likely. Yes.
Unnamed Settlement at 6,12? No. As we've already determined there are no other nations in this region, this is an
independent settlement.
Does the kingdom claim the island at 1,1-3,3? Yes

Collating that information this nation claims the highlighted territory of this region.

With the dominion in this region established, I'll move onto defining this nation a bit. There are so many great
resources to do this. The challenge here is to get enough depth to provide identity to the nation but still leave
enough to discover in play. It's a fine line that's I've erred on more than walked in the past so I'm going to do my best
to stay light here.

Lorril Elkas is based on Broker from NPC Portraits Deck Fantasy. A lawful evil half-elf cleric. I need to massage this to
generate my ruler but I can work with this.

Defenses: The capital is surrounded by high stone walls. 229 trained warriors serve in the capital's defense, and a
militia of 3926 can be mustered in case of attack.

The sheriff is Tordek Loderr who will have the Champion stat block.

Ok so I failed in my goal to make it a short world building episode. I should have known as soon as I started pulling
out a map generator. Still that work is done which should make the next episode a bit more streamlined.
