Description : The Merit Salary Increase process for the year 2013 has been initiated.
The MSI Process is a three-step process:
MSI Budget Distribution: This process can be initiated only by Level 1 Manager (BU Head) or
the T 1 (HR Head on behalf of the L1).
MSI Budget Allocation (Direct Reports): Once Budget Distribution is completed; Managers
would be able to enter MSI Budget Allocation for their Direct Reports & Save it in the system.
MSI Budget Allocation (Team): Once Budget Distribution is completed; The inputs for MSI
Budget Allocation of Direct Reports saved in the Direct Reports link would also reflect on this
page. Submission of this page would be the last step in the MSI Process.
