    §  The above mentioned matrix has been formally reviewed by the concerned signatory authorities & have been approved to be implemented effectively within the AIMS Operational Software.
    §  Any changes to the existing authorization pattern will go through the Managerial approvals again prior to raising an amendment request for the currently finalized one.
    §  The allocated User is responsible for making sure of his approval levels upon Implementation / provision of the Document Authorization Module.
    §  Further to request any change within this existing pattern the formal raise of request would be done to the IT Department pertaining to which IT will follow the necessary protocol into effectuating this.
