As we have seen throughout this unit 6, control is an element of the

control and carry out evaluations of the results, taking the necessary
measures to minimize losses and inefficiencies.
Management control has the purpose of achieving a goal either with
well-established strategic plans or processes that lead an organization
to achieve the objectives.
Control aims to provide you with tools to achieve administrative control
in each section of your business, helping you meet the objectives and
achieve the planned goals.
And among other points in which it is considered very important to have

department, unit, or operation.
Control of production or operations: They allow the increase of
efficiency, the reduction of costs, the informality and the
improvement of the quality of the product.

In conclusion we can define control Control focuses on evaluating and correcting the
performance of the activities of subordinates to ensure that the objectives and plans of the
organization are being carried out within the limits of the structure of the company itself, being

efficiently.

It is an important step in any administrative process since, in addition to being accountable,

it allows us to realize the errors that have been made in order to generate possible solutions
