controls must be tailored to a specific management level,
department, unit, or operation.
Control of production or operations: They allow the increase of
efficiency, the reduction of costs, the informality and the
improvement of the quality of the product.
Conclusion
In conclusion we can define control Control focuses on evaluating and correcting the
performance of the activities of subordinates to ensure that the objectives and plans of the
organization are being carried out within the limits of the structure of the company itself, being

efficiently.
