1 Registration fee, Stamp duty, Khata/RR, Taxes & other levies as per government notifications and they are to be paid on actuals at the time of possession/registration.
2 Sinking Fund will be collected at Rupees 50/- per sqft. on built-up area.
3 VAT and Service Tax as applicable will be collected along with the installments.
4 Sinking fund will be used post defect liability period for maintenance / repair works for all the amenities and facilities.
5 Maintenance charges for 2 years will be collected for all the residential units over the above.
6 Built-up Area and plot area are indicative and are subject to change. The difference in the amount will be adjusted before registration of sale deed.
7 10 % of Development of Excel International Sports City will be collected at the time of agreement and the balance on registration.
8 Management has the right to change the pricing or any other design / specifications without any prior notice.
9 a) Cheques/DD should be made in the name of "Excel Dwellings Oxigen Pvt. Ltd.", payable at Bangalore, towards sale consideration and installation of generator.
b) Cheques/DD should be made in the name of "Excel Dwellings India Pvt. Ltd.", payable at Bangalore, towards maintenance.
c) Cheques/DD should be made in the name of "Excel Sports City", payable at Bangalore, towards development of Excel International Sports City.
10 Sports City - Life membership fee is a composite of 2 + 2, ie, 2 adults and 2 children. Extra memberships will be on an extra cost depending on the availability.
11 Villa design & Plot configuration will be fixed by the management to optimise the master layout.
12 All additional upgrades including lap pools will be chargeable over and above the price subject to discussion with the management.
13 All additional upgrades will be on chargeable over and above the above mentioned prices.
14 0.1% on the basic cost is collected as franking charges on signing of the agreements.
15 East / Park facing villas will be at a premium of 5% on the basic cost.
16 Corner / East & Park facing villas will be at a premium of 10% on the basic cost.
17 Villas facing layout Main Roads above 12m will be charged extra premium @ 5%.
18 All the above mentioned prices in INR.
19 This pricelist supersedes all earlier price lists.
