1. References:
a. Memorandum from AC, DIDMD, SPD dated January 19, 2021; and
b. Memorandum from C, RIDMD, NCRPO dated December 29, 2021 with
the same subject as above.

2. ICOW the above references, that on November 16, 2022 about 2:30PM,
PCpl Garson and Pat Villorente of Pilar Sub-Station conducted short dialogue with Ex-O
Darius Sosa, of Barangay Pilar, this city and discussed the Pro-Active Measures to be
undertaken to prevent the Proliferation of Professional Squatters and Squatting
Syndicate in the said Barangay. Further, Ex-O Sosa revealed that there is no
Professional Squatters and Squatting Syndicate operating within their AOR. (Attached
herewith is the action photos)
