CDI 3 Spot Report

1) Two farmers, Joe Biden y Trump and Donald Trump y Biden, reported a shooting incident that occurred in Brgy. Sto. Niño, Ormoc City at around 1:00 PM on August 27, 2022. 2) While working in a sugarcane field, they heard motorcycles and gunshots. They took cover and witnessed a man shooting another man later identified as Volodemyr Zelensky. 3) The suspect, later identified as Bladimir Putin y Pongos, took Zelensky's valuables before fleeing. Zelensky, despite multiple gunshot wounds, disclosed the identity of the suspect before succumbing to his injuries.

What: Spot Report re Shooting Incident

When: Time Reported: 3:00 o'clock in the afternoon of August 27, 2022

Where: Brgy. Sto. Niño Ormoc City

Who:

Victim: 1. Joe Biden y Trump, 21 years old and

2. Donald Trump y Biden, 19 years old, cousin, both married and farmer resident
of Brgy. Sto. Niño Ormoc City.

Why: Shooting Incident

How: At about 3:00 o'clock in the afternoon of August 27, 2022, certain JOE BIDEN Y TRUMP, 21
years old, married, farmer and his cousin DONALD TRUMP y BIDEN, 19 years old, married, also a
farmer, both of them were residing at Brgy. Sto. Niño Ormoc City, went to Ormoc City Police
Station 1 and reported that at about 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon of the same date, while they
were working as a grass cutter laborer in the sugarcane plantation owned by the Tan family
located along the Brgy. Road of said barangay, they heard a two (2) single motorcycles that
fastly approaching towards their position in a drag racing mode and after a few seconds, they
heard a multiple burst of gunfire. For fear of their lives, they took cover under the sugarcane
trunks and dropped into the ground. While the gun burst continues, they managed to take a
glance at the direction of the gunfire wherein they were able to see with their naked eye a male
person armed with a hand gun firing in progress towards the victim later identified as
VOLODEMYR ZELENSKY. After a while, the suspect took the valuable things of the victim and fled
towards the direction of Brgy. San Pablo, Ormoc City. When they noticed that the said suspect
had already disappeared, they immediately ran after the victim who was lying in the pavement
beside his single motorcycle in a pool of his own blood to give some assistance. Despite having
multiple gunshot wounds, he (victim) was able to disclose the suspect's identity later known as
one BLADIMIR PUTIN Y PONGOS, his colleague in the PNP Milagro Patrol base located in Brgy.
Milagro, Ormoc City.

Action Taken: This station had contacted with the family members of the victims and informed them
regarding the incident and their unit assignment.
