Performance At the close of 2005-2006, H&R Johnson (India) Limited recorded gross sales revenue of Rs 742 crores as on March 31, 2006. Capacity to meet any demand Our key focus has been to make our products available to any kind of demand generated in the market, right from few tiles to a million sq.m .This has been achieved by expanding the capacities of our plants so that supply does not fall short of customer demands and this has helped us to further consolidate our leadership position in the market. Our new investments in capacity increase comes at a time when the Indian tile industry is fighting eroding margins as a result of cheap and low quality imports being dumped in the Indian tile industry by China, UAE and Indonesia, as well as a strong unorganized sector. SAP/ERP We have implemented a comprehensive ERP/CRM software to integrate over 2000 SKUs across different qualities, manufacturing locations, 23 branch offices / warehouses and 5 brands. This helps us to improve efficiency in production planning and better inventory and financial management. Distribution Our distribution network is the largest in the country comprising of 1200 dealers and 15,000 sub-dealers spread across the length and breadth of the country. In addition, we also have 22 branches and warehouses that give us a tremendous reach in the marketplace. Global Presence
