    1 Electrical 1. Check incoming supply and earthling. At incoming Switch for 440 V in R,Y & B phase
    System 2. Check machine lamps. Check Visually .
    3. Check panel loose wiring & rectify if required . At connector
    4. Measure motor currents & set relay accordingly . On load condition at motor terminal
    5. Check & clean all cooling fans & filters . Check Visually & clean by air.
    6. Check door sealing gasket . Check Visually .
    7. Check & Clean sp. Motor cooling blower. Remove cover & clean by air.
    8. Clean complete panel. Check Visually & clean by cotton waste.
    9. Wheel Motor Cleaning By blower
    10. Check 2 hand operation push button logic for any Try to start operation by any one hand pressed, it
    abnormalities must not operate by any of one hand operation
    11. Check emergancy stop healthy operation Press the E. Stop. During control ON.
    2 Dust Collector 1. clean the Panel By blower
    2. Check Timer Connection and Tighten Check Visually .

    3. Check Input & output voltage By measuring for 440 V between all the phases,
    neutral & earth (EN)
    6. Check all connected cable condition.
    3 General 1. Check m/c for any abnormal noise . By visually & hearing noise for any abnormality.
    2. Check working of pn. Counter balancing cylinder Check Visually on load monitoring screen for
    Roller support assembly greasing Grease: SKF LGHP2 Insert grease through the proper greaser
    3. Check all guards are properly fitted. Check Visually & tighten it if reqd.
    4.Greasing of linear guides INA Grease: SKF LGHP2 Manual pump
    5. Check Pnumatic Piping and Solenoid Condition Visual
    6.Check Cylinder if any and Leakage from pipe, connector
    etc. Visual
    7. Check axis sliding area for chips entry. Open telescopic guard it & check visually
    8. Check panel A.C. unit working & clean its filter. Check visually according to TC & clean
    filter by air.
    9. Clean complete machine . Check Visually & clean by cotton waste.
