ABSTRACT

Department of Education (DepEd) addressed the challenges of health

pandemic through its Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP)
under DepEd Order No. 012, s. 2020. As Modular Distance Learning (MDL)
is adapted in the research locale. It is highlighted that one of the problems
faced by the teachers is the checking and giving immediate feedback and
monitoring retrieved students’ output. In the advent of these changes in the
educational system, comes creative and innovative ways to address and
remedy difficulties using ZipGrade Application and implementation of QR
Codes.
As such the researcher was enthused to determine the implication of
using the abovementioned digital resources by documenting the narratives
or experiences of LDNHS teachers in using these innovative interventions.
The findings of the study revealed that these applications have helped the
teachers to a great extent, particularly in terms of checking learning activity
sheets, giving immediate feedback, monitoring students’ progress, providing
accurate data and keeping students’ record. It is also noted that digital
resources have helped teachers in providing data that are accurate, timely
and relevant because these sources are able to provide and store reliable
data on student’s performance.
Moreover, the transcribed Focus Group Discussion showed positive attitude
on using digital sources, however; there are instances that they felt
overwhelmed because of the unfamiliarity on some of its features. In terms
of the challenges of using it, it is extracted that using digital resources
which are not always accessible, it limits types of questions or activities, and
using it needs proper orientation to students and teachers. Thus, it is
suggested that teachers should have proper orientation to students on using
digital resources; maximize the use of ZipGrade and QR Codes by learning
its facilities and features, and create a variety and higher quality questions
that target Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS).

INTRODUCTION AND RATIONALE

Philippines continues to face varied problems and challenges brought

about by the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, the
Department of Education (DepEd) is addressing these challenges through its
Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP) under DepEd Order No.
012, s. 2020. It is a legal framework that stated the learning delivery
modalities that schools may adopt based on the local health conditions of
the community and the availability of resources and context of the learners
in the school or locality.
As such, Modular Distance Learning (MDL) is adapted in Lucena
Dalahican National High School which is based on the needs and resources
of the students and the community. Tibon (2020) described MDL as
individualized instruction that allows learners to use self-learning modules
(SLMs) in print or digital format/electronic copy, like Learner’s Materials,
textbooks, activity sheets, study guides and other study materials. In this
approach, the teacher takes the responsibility of monitoring the progress of
the learners. The learners may ask assistance from the teacher via e-mail,
telephone, text message/instant messaging, etc. Where possible, the teacher
shall do home visits to learners needing remediation or assistance. Any
member of the family or other stakeholder in the community needs to serve
as para-teachers.

This learning modality requires effort and tedious tasks among

students, parents, and teachers. Mateo (2020) stated that MDL poses
challenges, particularly in the need to have a flexible assessment and
monitoring of students. It is explained that teachers may face problems on
giving immediate feedback, and the need to account for different contexts in
designing, implementing and grading assessment tasks. Thus, it is
suggested that schools must adopt assessment and grading practices that
can most meaningfully support student development and respond to varied
contexts at this time.

Similarly, in the First Quarter Reports of LDNHS, last November 2021, it is

highlighted that one of the problems faced by the teachers is the checking and
giving immediate feedback , and monitoring retrieved students’ output.
In the advent of these changes in the educational system, comes creative
and innovative ways to address and remedy difficulties. Mrs. Carmen H.
Macatugob, together with the ICT coordinators initiated and introduced ZipGrade

Application and implementation of QR Code to address these problems.
Ningshi and Mulyono (2020) defined ZipGrade as a grading application that
enables teachers to accelerate the grading process in a digital application. It helps
teachers scan students’ responses on ZipGrade generated answer sheets using
smartphone or tablet. As students’ responses are appropriately scanned, ZipGrade
automatically analyses the responses and imports the result into a digital grade
book in the application. With this, teachers then can obtain the scores with
additional details, such as score distribution charts and statistical analysis for
each test item.
On the other hand, QR code as explained by Neagu (2018) stands for Quick
Response Code that are square barcodes (two-dimensional barcodes) containing
anything from simple text, to email addresses, to phone numbers and so on. These
patterns can be scanned and translated into human readable information, with the
help of an imaging device, like a camera or a scanner, although the most common
way to scan QR codes nowadays is to use your smartphone’s camera and a
specialized app for reading QR codes. ‘The use of these QR codes in monitoring
parents/guardian in the distribution and retrieval of learning materials will provide
accurate data and will aid teachers in employing social distancing during the
retrieval and distribution of learning materials.
In line with this, the researcher as one of the users of the application is
enthused to determine the implication of using the abovementioned digital
resources such as ZipGrade Application and QR codes in checking, monitoring, and
giving feedback on students’ output by documenting the narratives or experiences
of LDNHS teachers in using these innovative interventions. The results of this
study may be helpful in the planning of school policies and providing adequate and
appropriate innovation for both students and teachers.

PROPOSED INNOVATION, INTERVENTION AND STRATEGY

Idea
Advancement in information and communication technology for teaching
and learning plays an important role in distance learning. It has influenced the way
teachers evaluate students’ learning performance and outputs.
Problem
In the new set-up of educational system, the shift to distance learning
modalities has rendered traditional assessment tools difficult to administer. As
such, there is the need to have a flexible assessment and grading system that takes
the available resources.
As a result, checking, monitoring and giving immediate feedback on
students’ output would be delayed due different concerns of the teachers and
students.
Procedure/system
LDNHS will implement the use ZipGrade Application in checking, monitoring
and giving feedback to students’ output and QR codes in monitoring
parents/guardians during the distribution and retrieval.
ZipGrade Application is ideal to scan and grade multiple-choice answer
sheets, particularly in checking learning activity sheets. Moreover, in the use of this
application classes can be established, with results of multiple tests being
attributed to students by name, and record-keeping carried out across a longer
timeframe. Thus, teachers can easily monitor students’ progress and can
immediately give feedback, especially in distance learning.
To support with, Alderson (2019) stated that ZipGrade Application enables
teachers to address the diversity of learners when undergoing classroom
assessment. Moreover, assessment technological tools provide teachers with
technical support to create tests, deliver students’ responses to test items, allow
automatic scoring and reporting.
Moreover, Quick Response (QR code) is a digital image or a barcode that
takes you to a particular destination when scanned. These can be easily created
and can be read by a smart phone with camera facility and a downloaded QR code
reader application. The use QR codes in checking and monitoring the attendance of

parents and guardians during the retrieval and distribution will help in tracking
students’ record. It will also make things easier by eliminating the need to ask or
talk to parents/guardians during the distribution and retrieval of learning
materials. The codes are a quick, reliable, time saving and friendly method for
immediate checking and monitoring of attendance.
Solution
In the pre implementation of ZipGrade Application and QR codes, the ICT
coordinators initiated a workshop on the use of these digital resources among
LDNHS teachers. Teachers were encouraged to explore and save classes in their
accounts. A dry run was done to identify the probable challenges that might be
faced during its implementation. It is revealed that simultaneous encoding would
be the problem. As a result, subject area and ICT coordinators organized set of
guidelines in addressing this irregularity.
The full implementation of Zip Grade Application and QR codes will start on
the Second Quarter of S.Y.2021-2022. Learning activity sheets were already crafted
based on the design of this application and QR codes for each guardians/parents
were already generated.
After the said period, the researcher will gather relevant data from the
selected participants of the study. The raw data will be subjected to qualitative data
analysis to draw emerging themes on the responses of the research participants.
Thus, perception and attitudes of teachers, benefits, and challenges on the use of
ZipGrade will be drawn.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
This study is a descriptive quantitative-qualitative research design that
focuses on the effectiveness, perceptions, attitudes, benefits, and challenges on the
use of digital resources in checking, monitoring, and giving feedback on student’s
output. Specifically, the participants will be asked about their perception on the
use of ZipGrade Application and QR codes in checking, monitoring, and giving
feedback on students’ output.
Thus, the researcher will use quantitative and qualitative method in
analyzing the data. The data will be obtained through the set of questionnaires that
will be answered by teacher- respondents. Representatives of the group will also be
subjected to focus-group discussion to gather data on their perceptions, attitude
and experiences in using digital resources.
Moreover, the process of the analysis will include statistical method and
thematic synthesis to identify the similarities, differences and possible
relationships and disagreement of concepts among the respondents.

The research participants are selected teachers of Lucena Dalahican
National High School. This study is limited to a small representative of the total
population of the faculty members of LDNHS. 60% of the total population will be
selected using purposive sampling method.
Further, research participants will be selected based on the following: 1) a
JHS or SHS teacher of Lucena Dlahican National High School 2) utilize ZipGrade
Application and QR code in checking, monitoring, and giving feedback on students’
output 3) must be willing to participate in the study. As such, a consent form and
agreement between the researcher and participants will be made with full
disclosure about the study.
Data Gathering Methods
The conduct of the study will begin by designing and validating the self-
made questionnaire and interview guide. Thus, all permissions will be carefully and
duly secured by the researcher. Once the interview guide will be validated,
virtual/online interview will be done by the research participants, considering that
the invention is on its post implementation stage.
Before the interview and distribution of questionnaire, consent forms will be
sent to the research participants. These forms are consisted of statements about
the participation in research, the purpose of the research, the procedures of the
research, the risk and benefits of the research, the voluntary nature of research
participation, the procedures used to protect confidentiality whereas honesty and
confidentiality will be stated to reduce suspicion and promotes sincere responses.
Additionally, the consent agreement form will be explained to the research
participants at the beginning of each interview/focus group discussion. Likewise,
the questionnaire that will be distributed will have attached consent forms.
Furthermore, the set of questionnaires will be distributed to all the selected
participants while an interview guide will serve as a tool for the Focus Group
Discussion among the representatives of the group. The guide will be consisted of
10 open-ended questions to obtain narratives on perception and impression on the
use ZipGrade Application and QR codes. The interview will be recorded, transcribed
and will be subjected to qualitative data analysis.

Data Analysis Plan

This study will involve both quantitative and qualitative analysis, the extent
on how ZipGrade Application and QR codes help teachers will be determined
through quantitative measure, specifically, Weighted Average Mean (WAM). The
remaining research questions of the study will be extracted through qualitative
data analysis which involves in depth and repetitive analysis of the transcribed
interview. The researcher will be guided by Cresswell (2015) model of qualitative
analysis which includes three basic steps, namely: 1) description, 2) classification
and 3) interpretation. Through this process codes, categories, patterns and themes
will be drawn and presented in a tabular format. The researcher will then engage in
a detailed description of what have been discovered from the analysis.

Table 1 shows the Level of extent on the use of digital resources in

checking, monitoring, and giving feedback on students output. It is shown
that ZipGrade and QR Codes helped the teachers in a great extent,
specifically in terms of checking learning activity sheets, giving immediate
feedback, and providing accurate data.
In terms of checking learning activity sheets, determining students’
raw scores, maximizing time in checking students’ output, and having a
smooth process of checking students’ output got the highest weighted
average mean of 3.96, while knowing the performance of my students in a
specific task got the lowest WAM with 3.85. On top of that, among all the
indicators, checking learning activity sheets got the highest general WAM of
3.93 interpreted as to a great extent. These imply that in checking learning
activity sheets digital resources have helped teachers to save time in
checking answer sheets.
Further, the table also shows that in terms of giving immediate
feedback to the students, digital resources have helped teachers to easily
deliver students’ performance to their parents/guardians with its of 3.96
that is interpreted as great extent. While producing immediate verbal
remarks on students’ work got the lowest WAM of 3.53. It is seen that
ZipGrade and QR codes can immediately show students raw scores that its
why teachers can deliver feedback to parents or guardians, especially during
the distribution of learning materials, however verbal remarks were not
given because of modular distance learning.
Similarly, Cuesta et.al, (2019) mentioned in their study that digital
resources in checking students output added benefit is knowing where
students’ stand immediately and understanding their grade can only
increase. It is said that updates the analytics, showing which questions were
answered correctly or incorrectly can easily inform teachers about the quiz
or exam question structure and answer choices, and simultaneously gives
insight as to what was taught versus what students retained.
Moreover, when it comes to monitoring students’ progress, all
indicators are interpreted to as great extent, wherein verifying students’
class standing and performance got the highest WAM of 3.93 while keeping
track on students’ progress and requirements is second with 3. 88 WAM. It
can be extracted that digital resources have greatly helped teachers in
monitoring and assessing the students’ progress.
Additionally, the table also shows the results on the impact of digital
resources in terms of providing accurate data. It is presented that extracting

reliable data on student’s performance because item and score and analysis
is available in the application and gaining truthful data and unbiased
interpretation got the highest WAM of 3. 97, while determining the least
mastered competencies among the students got the lowest WAM of 3. 83,
but still interpreted as to a great extent. Thus it indicate that the digital
resources used in the research locale, specifically ZipGrade and QR Codes
are accurate and real time. Thus, these are reliable and truthful sources of
information.
Lastly. in keeping students’ record organizing the records of my
students through the aid of the different features of the application and
keeping students’ record for a long period of time got the highest WAM with
3.87 interpreted as great extent, while developing a storage strategy of
keeping the records of the students got the lowest WAM of 3.25 interpreted
as moderate extent. It can be extracted from the results that digital
resources aid the teacher in storing in the web data base for a long period of
time, but they are unable to develop set of techniques in securing and
protecting the confidentiality of data.
To support with the results of the study, Demchenko (2018)
mentioned that digital resources reduce grading time by at least 90%,
evaluate teaching and student knowledge, reduce student anxiety, and
enhance student success. He also mentioned that these digital resources
also have limitations when it comes to storing large amount of data.

transcribed Focus Group Discussion that in terms of the attitudes of the
teachers in using digital resources, teachers are seen to be satisfied with the
outcomes, relieved on checking and recording students’ responses, a bit
startled and confused and delighted in saving more time in checking
learners’ output. When the respondents were asked on what they felt on
using ZiP Grade and QR Codes, the sample responses show how they
response on the question.

In the sample responses:

“I am pleased to use ZipGrade because I am confident that the results

are accurate.”
“I can easily record the scores of students, because the results are
automatically stored and shown.”

It can be deduced that the respondents are assured that these digital
resources are truthful source of information. They also expressed their relief
on using these digital resources because they can easily collect and record
the scores scanned by the application. It being so, these sources have
lessened the time and effort that they will spend in checking, monitoring
and recording student outcomes, just like what they say in the sample
response below:

‘Natutuwa akong gamitin ang mga application gaya ng Zipgrade at QR Code

kasi energy and time saving sya unlike pag manual checking.”
(I am happy to use Zipgrade and QR Code application because it is energy
and time saving compare to manual checking.)

This is congruent with the study of Ningsih (2019), when it was

mentioned that from both observation and self-evaluation survey, the
results revealed that teachers were positive towards the incorporation of
technology for classroom assessment. On the other hand, there are also
responses from the teachers that shown a bit of confusion or stunned in
using digital resources, as shown in the example below.
“OK syang gamitin, kaso may mga features siya na hindi ko pa kayang
imanipulate.”

“It is ok to use, however there are features that I can’t manipulate.”

Similarly, this is also mentioned in the study of Anoname (2019), when it is
suggested that in the implementation or utilization of ZipGrade and QR

of its features.

The table above shows the thematic presentation of the responses on

the benefits of using Zip grade application and QR codes in checking,
monitoring and giving feedback. It has been extracted from the transcribed
Focus Group Discussion that in terms of the perceived benefits of digital
resources, the respondents believed that it is cost- effective, make adaptable
answer sheets for students and teachers, user-friendly, allows tracking of
standards and time and energy saving application.

Moreover, in the sample responses:

“I can scan an unlimited number of answer sheets.”

It can be inferred that one of the benefits of using ZipGrade and QR

Codes is its ability to scan unlimited answer sheets and QR codes. With this
it is undoubtful that these digital resources are reliable in the teaching and
learning process. As what Santosa et.al mentioned that digital resources
may be used to grade diagnostic and achievement exams and to compute
the respective results. The concerned teachers may also use the app in
grading and checking multiple-choice-type of assessment throughout the
quarter uncomplicatedly. Moreover, benefits of ZipGrade and QR Codes were
mentioned in these responses:

“This application provides opportunities for teachers to review results

immediately on a mobile app or website.”

“ZipGrade allows me to view my learners’ progress so I would be

allowed to provide timely and informed feedback for them.”

The sample responses indicate that digital resources are more useful
for teachers in correcting of multiple-choice questions. ZipGrade aids the
teachers in analyzing the results of assessments. The application also helps
the teachers to create group or grade assessments.

As ZipGrade provides item analysis to identify issues, including

discriminant factors quickly, and export all captured data to CSV for further
analysis or import into other systems. Likewise, the sample responses below
also state the effectivity of digital resources during distance learning.

“I really look forward to checking the answer sheets using ZipGrade

since all I need to do is scan. There will be more time for me to give the
learners’ feedback other than just manually checking for the answer
sheets.”

“Conducting item and score analysis for summative assessment is too

laborious in this time of the pandemic, with ZipGrade, it becomes easy
and guilt-free.”

This is also in line with Han et.al, (2019) when it was mentioned that
in digital resources the teachers no longer need to bring the student answer
sheet home to further prove it. Specifically, when it comes to ZipGrade, it is
mentioned that it can be used to determine the validity, difficulty level, and
differentiation of each test item. It can also be used as a tool to answer and
correct true-false questions. This application is easy to use because analysis

The table above presents the thematic presentation of the responses

on the challenges of using Zip grade application and QR codes in checking,
monitoring, and giving feedback. It can be seen in the coded themes that the
answer of the respondents was classified into three, namely: not always
accessible, limit types of questions or activities, and orientation to students
and teachers. One of the responses that entail the challenge of using digital
resources which is the availability of good internet connection. A respondent
mentioned quoted:

“Good internet connection is really needed to avoid interruption in

checking or scanning.”

In the sample response above, it is indicated that digital resources are

handy, but not always available, especially when it is used by most of the
teachers at the same time and when the internet connection is poor. This is
in congruent with M.N.M (2019), he mentioned that digital resources are
accessible if it is easy to obtain, use and find, and in case of ZipGrade, one
account should not be simultaneously, and teachers must use it with stable
internet connection.
Moreover, it is also shown in the table that the responses have concern with
one of the limitations of digital resources, specifically ZipGrade application.
Looking at the sample responses below:
Lucena West I ES Compound, M.L. Tagarao St. Brgy. Ilayang Iyam, Lucena City

“It’s a convenient application but it only offers questions or activities

that are objective type.”

“Students are becoming used to answer activities with choices.“

It can be inferred that using ZipGrade limit teachers to give formative
and summative evaluations/assessment in objective type of test or activities,
namely; multiple choice, matching type, true or false and the like. Thus,
learners are used to complete activities or assignments that are on scan
sheets, and not on open-ended assignment or assessments, and essay
or any subjective type of assessment.
To support with, in the study of Ningsih and Mulyono (2019)
mentioned that in using digital resources in the teaching learning
process would require teacher on how to craft questions that are in
higher thinking order thinking skills (HOTS), so that learners would be
able to develop their critical thinking skills even though their formative
and summative assessment are objective type of assessment.
On the other hand, it is also explained that using ZipGrade and
QR Codes need to have proper orientation and knowledge on its users.
As seen in the sample responses below, teachers and students need to
have proper orientation on its use to maximize effectiveness.

“Sometimes it is hard to identify students’ paper because they do not

properly use the answer sheet.”

“I do not know to how harvest data from the application, all I know is to
scan papers.”

The sample responses imply that teachers are not completely

knowledgeable on using all the features of the digital sources, while most of
the students do not use their assigned student number in the answer
sheets, making it as one of the challenges for some teachers.
Thus, in the study of Ningsih (2019) it is suggested that teachers must
master technology to help their professionalism in teaching and learning
(Han et al., 2019). ZipGrade is one of the technological media that teachers
must master.

As presented the discussion of the results and findings of the study,
the following conclusions are extracted:

1. Zipgrade and QR Codes are effective types of digital resources,

specifically in checking, monitoring, and giving feedback to the
students’ output. It is revealed that these applications have helped
the teachers to a great extent, particularly in terms of checking
learning activity sheets, giving immediate feedback, monitoring
students’ progress, providing accurate data and keeping students’
record. It is also noted that digital resources have helped teachers
in providing data that are accurate, timely and relevant because
these sources are able to provide and store reliable data on
student’s performance. Further, item and score and analysis is
available in the application, thus, truthful data and unbiased
interpretation is always available. Moreover, it is also highlighted in
the results that Zip grade and QR Codes lessen the time and effort
of the teachers allotted for checking, monitoring, and giving
feedback to the learners and guardians.

2. The transcribed Focus Group Discussion revealed that the use has a
positive impact in delivering assessment and teaching and learning
process. The respondents revealed to show positive attitude in using
Zip Grade and QR Codes, they are satisfied with the outcomes,
relieved on checking and recording students’ responses, a bit startled
and confused and delighted in saving more time in checking learners’
output. It is revealed that the respondents are confident that these
digital resources are truthful source of information. Thus, they felt
grateful in using such. They also expressed their relief on using these
digital resources because they can easily collect and record the scores
scanned by the application. It being so, these sources have lessened
the time and effort that they will spend in checking, monitoring, and
recording student outcomes. On the other hand, there are also
responses from the teachers that shown a bit of confusion or stunned
in using digital resources, which indicate that teachers also exerted
time and effort in encoding and storing learners’ data in the software,
and in preparing the required materials for these resources. It being
so, using these resources, proper orientation, and training on how to
manipulate and maximize it should be done.

3. The findings of the study also revealed that challenges of using Zip
grade application and QR codes in checking, monitoring, and giving
feedback. It can be deduced from the transcribed Focus Group
Discussion that the challenges include using digital resources which

are not always accessible, it limits types of questions or activities, and
using it needs proper orientation to students and teachers. It is
indicated that digital resources are handy, but not always available,
especially when it is used by most of the teachers at the same time
and when the internet connection is poor. Moreover, it is also shown
that one of the limitations of digital resources, specifically ZipGrade
application is that limit teachers to give formative and summative

multiple choice, matching type, true or false and the like. As a result,
learners are used to complete activities or assignments that are on
scan sheets, and not on open-ended assignment or assessments,
and essay or any subjective type of assessment. It implies that
ZipGrade is appropriate in summative assessment like Summative
Test or Quarterly Examination. On the other hand, teachers need
to develop their skills in crafting questions that will develop
students’ critical and creative thinking skills.

RECOMMENDATIONS

In the light of the results and findings of the study, the following
recommendations are made:

For the teachers:

 Provide proper orientation to students on using digital resources. Remind
them its uses and features.
 Maximize the use of ZipGrade and QR Codes by learning its facilities and
features, specially in extracting and storing student data and assessment
results.
 Create a variety and higher quality questions that target Higher Order
Thinking Skills (HOTS).

For the Year-Level/Subject Area Coordinators/ Administrators:

 Provide technical assistance or initiate trainings and programs that will help
teachers in maximizing the use of digital resources and in making varied and
quality questions or activities.

DISSEMINATION AND ADVOCACY PLANS

The findings and recommendations of the study will be shared and

presented to the research locale in varied ways, specifically through different
learning engagements such as LAC Session, In-service Training for Teachers,
parents and students’ orientation and other research conferences. Thus, the
research results presentation to the research locale will be conducted for S.Y.

Uhm., What do you feel in using digital

resources such as ZipGrade and QR codes?
Any insights po

Co-Researcher1E: Ahh. In my opinion, using

Satisfied with the outcomes
these resources is satisfying and at the same
time I’m grateful na ginagamit natin ito

Co-researcher 6SS; Yes, totoo yan… hindi

kagaya nong last Quarter nag grabe parang Delighted in saving more time in
di natatapos ung mga checheckan ko e checking learners’ output.

Researcher: Ok po, so most of you po are

Co-researcher 7ES; Let me answer po

ma’am, this is Sir ____, let me add lang po
A bit startled and confused
no, siguro po may mag aagree po sa
sasbihin ko na OK syang gamitin, kaso may
mga features siya na hindi ko pa kayang
imanipulate, like halimbawa hihingi ng report,
ihaharvest daw ung item and score analysis,
so karamihan sa amin hindi alam kung
paano gawin un. Pagkatapos non, meron din
pagkakataon na gagamit kami ng ibang
account sa ZipGrade, hindi ko o naming
alam kung paano maiiharvest ung data ng
mga bata don sa previous account. Ung
ibang teachers nagawa un, pero karamhihan
parang hindi alam o limited ung knowledge
sa paggamit nong iba nyang parts..,oooo.
Ung anon ga un… ung mga functions.

Researcher: Ok po sir, maraming salamat

What are the benefits of using these digital
resources in checking, monitoring and giving
feedback to the students? Let’s have the
responses from the year level coordinators.
Ma’am____?

Co-researcher 87B; Nakakagulat naman. Allows tracking of standards

Hehehe… actually, I will comment on using
Zipgrade na lang. ZipGrade allows me to
view my learners’ progress…. so I would be
allowed to provide timely and informed
feedback for them, like giving feedback to
students and parents na nahingi.

Researcher: from G8 po, Sir?___

Co-researcher 98J; Yes, tama ung sinabi ni

ma’am , isa sa mga benefits nya is ung User-friendly
readily available sya ganon. This application
provides opportunities for teachers to review
results immediately on a mobile app or
website.
Not always accessible
Co-researcher 5F; Oy hindi lagi, kasi minsan
hindi sya maacess lalo nap ag andito sa
school kasi mahina ang internert natin dito.
May mga ganong pagkakataon.

Not always accessible

Co-researcher 3M; Yeah, same thing with us
no, kasi these digital resources required
internet. For the record, para making at
malaman ng lahat Good internet connection
is really needed to avoid interruption in
checking or scanning.

Co-researcher 109R; ok sa benefit po nya, e

I can scan an unlimited number of answer
sheets using the application, kumbaga hindi
sya napapapgod. In just a very cheap
amount for an account e talagang sulit.
Adaptable answer sheets for students
