Subject: DESIGNATION AS SCHOOL SPORTS EVENTS/ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR & COMMITTEE MEMBERS

In the exigency of the service, the following Tabgon High School personnel/teaching staff are hereby
designated as members of the School Sports Committee respectively for the school year 2022-2023, effective
immediately in reference to Division Memorandum No. 483, s. 2022.

As such, you are to perform the following functions;


1. Assist in planning, promoting, implementing, supervising and coordinating sports programs, events and
activities at the school level and higher levels involving learners and teachers as necessary.
2. Coordinate athletics and physical programs throughout the school level or district level as need arises for
an equal opportunity to learn, to play and to enjoy a variety of team and individual sports.
3. Determine competition strategies for school, district, division or higher level athletic and physical
programs.
4. Represent the school at any district or division planning meetings pertaining to sports development within
the division.
5. Perform any other duties as assigned by appropriate authorities.

It is understood that this designation is without additional compensation, or other monetary consideration.

Please be guided accordingly.
