    PARKING FEE

    I. Introduction/Rationale

    A parking fee is also called user pay and metered parking it is refers

    to the direct charges for using a parking space. The user must pay the

    charges to avoid accidental issues and also illegal parking. In today’s

    society, illegal parking been shown everywhere in the sidewalks or

    secluded area where several accidents occur. For some users of vehicle,

    they must know the proper parking to avoid certain accidents. According

    to MMDA, most of the motorists been developed the habit of parking

    wherever they see fit. After a year, the Metro Manila mayor announced to

    increase the penalties for illegal parking. One of the student of Camarines

    Norte State College create a program that will help motorist or any vehicle

    users can be qualified to the program.

    The student creates a system called Parking Locator where it

    includes a parking fee, just to avoid an illegal parking and accidental issue.

    It helps you to locate the nearest parking lot which will suite your vehicle.

    This kind of program will help you to avoid illegal parking fees and also to

    lesser the effort to locate which parking lot is available to use.

    It is very important to know the details on having a parking fees to

    ensure the condition of any vehicle towards to parking. And also to all

    people who use vehicle that to avoid parking to unnecessary or obstruction

    places that may occur on damage or illegal parking ticket, just to avoid any

    unnecessary do.
