Automatic Enlarger Timing
• General photographic timing
1. Set ON-OFF switch to “off”.
• Two switchable outlets
2. Plug enlarger into outlet marked ENLARGER.
− Safelight outlet
3. Set TIME-FOCUS switch to “focus”.
− Enlarger or Printer outlet
4. Turn ON-OFF switch to “on” and focus enlarger.
• Split-second accuracy Then turn to “off” again.
• “Seconds” hand rotates one revolution/min 5. Set timer hands clockwise to desired setting.
Also, set TIME-FOCUS switch to “time”.
• “Minutes” hand rotates one revolution/hour
6. Turn ON-OFF switch to “on”.

2. When TIME-FOCUS switch is set to “focus” and enlarger is turned on,
safelight will be turned off automatically, eliminating any extraneous light.
3. With TIME-FOCUS switch set to “time” and the enlarger if on, safelight
is automatically turned off, eliminating shadows when a dodging
operation is necessary.
4. When timer hands reach zero automatically turning enlarger off,
safelight will automatically turn on providing light for your next operation.
5. You may switch another appliance on after a timed interval by connecting
it to the safelight outlet.
