Objective

Enhance efficiency of real estate service providers (brokers) in accordance with set policies for real estate sector and based on the strategic
plan of RERA by creating ranking for brokerage offices
Ranking Categories

Four criteria were adopted for ranking of Brokerage Offices


Criteria and Weight of each aspect

Number of transactions(sale) carried by the office

Commitment to real estate regulations & laws

Experience of the brokerage office

Structure

Community Service
First CRITERIA: Number of transactions (sale) carries by the office 35%

This standard is based on number and value of sale transaction carried by the brokerage office in the LD’s database on monthly basis

This Criteria is calculated by the number of registered warning and irregularities committed the brokerage office

The points are given from the date of 3 Points 5.1 – 10 Years
