Client: United Global Technologies – Contract for SCDE - Columbia, SC Feb 2020 - Current
Role: Applications Developer
Responsibilities:
Update the State of South Carolina’s Online School Report Card System for the Department of
Education.
Technologies include: ReactJS, ColdFusion, C#, JavaScript, Eclipse, Tortoise SVN, SQL Server,
and T-SQL.
Client: National Institute of Health – Research Triangle Park, NC Oct 2018 - Sept 2019
Role: Sr. ColdFusion Developer
Responsibilities:
Project Lead on the Development, Testing, Acceptance and Production (DTAP) Release
Management System for the National Toxicology Program (NTP) in a migration from SVN to
BitBucket.
Project: Chemtrack (Legacy System Support) - the Chemical Database Application developed by
the NTP for research in toxicology and molecular biology.
Responsibilities: Work on-site at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences
(NIEHS) headquarters with an interagency division (NTP) to maintain the suite of data, reports
and applications required for scientific research by the National Institute of Health (NIH), the
NIEHS, and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) in compliance with federal
regulations.

Client: Raytheon Missile Systems – ATDC Center - Columbia, SC Jun 2018 - Sept 2018
Role: Applications Developer
Responsibilities:
Maintain Raytheon’s legacy ColdFusion and customized Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS)
applications using ColdFusion, JavaScript, Eclipse, Tortoise SVN, AnthillPro PL SQL, and
Oracle.
Retain access to the historical data, per Department of Defense policy and International Arms
Treaty Regulations (mainly supply chain and logistics applications).
Responsible for maintaining DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement -
1973) compliance for applications.
Responsibilities:
Helped development team with their Single Sign-On Website Enhancement project.
Responsibilities included assisting development team with website enhancements including a
single sign on feature that authenticated users and allowed gas and electric customers account
access with the same password across different applications, and provided a seamless Responsive
Web Design experience for customers on all devices.
Main technologies used were Agile Development, ColdFusion 10 and Bootstrap.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities included working on-site with corporate client while training and managing a
team of offshore developers.
Managed and fine-tuned the ColdFusion Application server.
Developed Disaster Recovery Plan and Backup Solution with documentation, versioning, cloud
migration and software integration.

Responsibilities:
Updated a Foreign Intermediary Tax Application to process tax forms for IRS Compliance.
Integrated proprietary ColdFusion applications with Java Spring Framework applications from
new lines of business.
Worked closely with the team’s Business Analyst to meet all the Functional Specifications and
carefully document all updates in the SVN with specific references to the BRD and the FSD
Worked with Team Lead to install Fusion Reactor, fine tune the JVM and evaluate the stored
procedures affecting application performance.
Managed the project with HP’s Application Lifecycle Management (HP ALM).
Deployed code with Continuous Integration Server (AnthillPro).
Main Technologies used were ColdFusion 11, JQuery, JavaScript, SQL Server, T-SQL, AJAX,
and JSON.
Responsibilities:
The main project was their Priority Freight Management System (PFM).
Transferred business logic and logistics processes from traditional cfm files in to ColdFusion
components, allowing AAG’s new web application, PFM, to use REST services, and API
endpoints for its new AngularJS (Responsive Web Design) front end.
PFM allowed AAG and their clients to calculate shipping costs, create manifests, place shipping
orders and track cargo in a Responsive Web Application.
Main technologies used were ColdFusion 11, AngularJS, and SQL Server.
Responsibilities:
The main project was their APC CF 10 upgrade.
Updated the apc.com website to a new application server; from ColdFusion 8 to ColdFusion 10.
Updated the Content Management System to Mura 6.
Main Technologies used were ColdFusion 10, SQL Server, Mura 6, and Hybris.
Responsibilities:
The main project was their Online Enrollment System.
Worked with Sun Life’s Scrum team (Agile Software Development Team) to produce an online
enrollment application conceived by the award-winning design firm Continuum for Sun Life’s
Short-Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Life, Critical Illness and Dental products.
This project incorporated Java, ExtJS, and ColdFusion components and required extensive unit
testing and integration testing between the front end and back end developers.

Responsibilities:
Major project was their Title One Online Application.
Managed a team of developers to create a web-based system for Title One providers to submit
their Title One Applications to our database.
This system was developed with ColdFusion and JavaScript and included a suite of reporting and
printing tools for State and Federal regulators as well as over 80 school districts.
Other notable projects include: GED Online Registration System. Acted as Project Manager and
Lead developer – Developed the agencies first e-commerce system.
This system replaced a legacy system that cost the State thousands for mainframe time rental.
Lead developer on additional web applications, such as Supplemental Services Providers (for
Federal and State Accountability office), Alternative Schools Evaluation Report, Adult Education
Dropout Data Application (for Student Intervention Services), Due Process Application (office of
Exceptional Children).
Developed applications as part of our Web Services Team that included our Online Teacher
Survey, Our State School Report Cards, Technology Survey, and Library Media Survives
Application.
Main Technologies used were ColdFusion, Dreamweaver, Flash, Flex, ActionScript, SQL Server,
jQuery, CSS2, HTML, XML, SOAP, SQL Server, JavaScript, ASP, C#, .Net, VB, and c++.
