Handling employee Onboarding and HR Operations reporting to Manager HR
Coordinating with all offers released and do cold calling to ensure no drop outs
Conducting employee onboarding, employee code creation, joining formalities
Preparing employee personal files with pre-offer and joining docs.

Organizing employee induction and assets allocation
Employees Relations and Communications.
Time, Attendance and Leave Management.

Conducting Fun Fridays and Employee engagement
Coordinating with Group Medical Insurance Vendor (ICICI) and sharing monthly additions & deletions.
Employee Exit Management, No-due clearances.
Ensuring timely employee master updation and effective HRIS.
Regularizing all monthly payroll inputs and timely submission to Payroll team.
Vendor Contacts & renewals (Naukri, Security Services etc.)
Ensuring Audit compliance in all HR related matters.
