TODS: An Automated Time Series Outlier Detection System
• Contributed to the TODS package (500+ stars on GitHub - https://github.com/datamllab/tods).
• Leveraged IsolationForest, AutoRegressor and Automated Searcher from TODS to demonstrate Fraud Detection on JP
Morgan Payment and Money Laundering datasets, achieved accuracy of 80.3%.
• Leveraged DeepLog from TODS to develop an alert system for high precipitation on a meteorological dataset by
extracting useful insights using feature importance and outlierness scores.
TEA: Time Series End2End Automated Forecasting System
• Implemented Prophet and ARIMA Models for forecasting on multivariate time series datasets like Traffic Usage etc.
AutoVideo: An Automated Video Action Recognition System
• Contributed to the AutoVideo package (200+ stars on GitHub - github.com/datamllab/autovideo).
• Designed and implemented the TSM(Temporal Shift Module) algorithm as a primitive into the AutoVideo interface,
achieved accuracy of 58.17% on HMDB-51 and 88.47% on UCF-101 datasets.

• COVID-19 Detection: Leveraged Transfer Learning on DenseNet CNN to detect COVID-19, achieved accuracy of 96.2%
and 80% on chest X-Ray and chest CT-Scan datasets respectively.
• Facial Emotion Recognition for Mental Healthcare: Built facial emotion detector based on CNN, achieved accuracy of
92%, extended to a live video stream with output bounding boxes.
• Dog Breed Classification on live video stream: A CNN based PyTorch implementation on Dog Breed Classification
dataset from Kaggle achieving an accuracy of 93.4%. Used OpenCV to extend to a live video stream.
• CIFAR-10 Image Classification: A CNN based implementation (PyTorch) on CIFAR-10, achieving accuracy of 89%
